Nick (the owner) installed a new AC unit recently for one of my rentals. He did great work fast and I’ve already contracted his services for a furnace/AC install on another house. Very satisfied.

I can't say enough about Nick, the owner, and Wendi, the GM. They both worked with me to get a new furnace installed in my home that I recently purchased. Professional, courteous, high quality, great value and most of all....genuine people! I highly recommend Spartan to anyone needing HVAC work.

My 27 year old furnace broke down, and the guys at Spartan Heating yanked it out of my basement, and did a new Installation. The owner of the company came out to do an estimate for the job, and was polite and professional. He was also straight to the point on what my options were, explained everything so I could understand, and quoted me on the several different installations. Once they preformed the installation, it took them roughly 3 hours to complete, and that included staging to have an A/C unit installed down the line. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience, and I would recommend Spartan Heating and Air to anyone looking for HVAC services in Toledo.

Hands down the best around! We have had multiple problems with our furnace and had other companies out with no luck. Nick not only fixed the problem but helped us understand why it was happening and provided us some tips to help it from happening again! He took the time to make sure everything was right and it was very appreciated! Highly recommend!

Nick came out to my home over two weeks ago and I still have not gotten a quote from him for my furnace and AC unit. He sent an email to me stating he was working on it the day after but he never ended up getting me a price. If the person wants to make the sale why would a consumer have to chase after them just for a quote? He wasted my time and his own. Makes me feel like he wasn’t taking my purchase seriously. Will be taking my business elsewhere. I love to support small businesses but an owner should know how important customer service is.

I was having issues with my furnace and water tank. Will came out to troubleshoot the problem and we decided it was best for me to get a new furnace and water tank. Will was so knowledgeable and very friendly. Nick came out to do the install and I couldn’t be more pleased. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I can tell he took his time to make sure everything was running correctly and that it all looked nice. When I am ready for a new AC unit I will definitely be calling Spartan!!

Nick was great to work with. We called Spartan to get a second opinion on replacing our HVAC system and he was so helpful. He took the time to walk us through all of our options and what each step of the process looked like.

He was transparent when there was a delay with receiving the parts, but got us a portable AC unit to tide us over during a heat wave while our central unit was down. His whole team was prompt and professional, and we will gladly work with Spartan again in the future.

My A/C unit stopped working right at the beginning of the August heat wave . I called Spartan , Nick was very quick in returning my call and was out promptly to give me a quote on new furnace A/C install . After we agreed on cost , he ordered both units . He was right on time when they came to tear out / install new system . Nick was very professional , took time to answer every question , gave me a few pointers and did EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT WORK ! Everything was installed very neat , well planned and adapted to the existing ductwork flawlessly !!! Will , his helper was just as friendly and did exceptionally great work as well . Called Spartan because our AC was not working. They came out and diagnosed the issue and gave us two options. We went with a new system due to the issue and age of our current system. The staff at Spartan are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There is never any pressure to do more than necessary. They got the new system installed in an efficient and timely manner. The techs were great. They cleaned up all their mess and left my home tidy. I have used Spartan for other heating and cooling needs in the past and am always happy and satisfied with the results. Definitely a top rate company.

Nick came out to look at our vent issues. He took the time to help explain how everything works and gave us some options. We decided to start with cleaning out our dryer vent. The service team came out and discovered our issue was alot of water in the dryer vents. They came out next day with supplies and fixed everything! it now only takes me 1 time to dry clothes vs 10! Very appreciative and we will definitely use this service again!

Had a new water heater installed and couldn’t be happier with the job Nick and James completed. Before the instal, Nick was in contact to update me on when parts would arrive and when he would be there. Showed up on time, let me know the time frame needed, and was true to his word. Nick was the most professional business owner I’ve ever worked with. Not only did he go over all my issues and showed pictures of the issues he went above and beyond fixing other issues previous hvac people had missed or didn’t fix.
