Friendly, professional, very knowledgeable about this work.Explained all to me, easy to understand.when all was said, done and I followed all directions as to how to keep things functional, until new furnace can be installed, as snow cannot be on roof, need a new roof jack.All explained thoroughly. A-1 is a honest ( no bullshit on trying to up sell on needless items )fast, reliable, professional company. They showed up when they told me and completed on time. I would recommend to anyone. The quality is worth price. I want to say thank you to Chris, Brad, Tony and the rest of the wonderful people at A-1 for such a great experience.

If you go through my reviews you'll see I have not given five stars to some heating and air companies. These guys I have to give five stars to I've only used them twice but both times they came out promptly and fixed the problem within an hour in an old boiler system. One time it was a valve near a radiator as opposed to replacing the whole valve they were able to reload the "stuffing" tighten it down saving me about 900 bucks. The other time they replaced the thermostat because of compatibility issues is tricky on these old boiler systems. Thank you Chris, Dan, and Luke!!
