My furnace went out suddenly when it was 20 degrees outside. I called 8 different Hvac companies, all of which were booked solid. Target had someone at my house within an hour. Very professional and knowledgeable but he couldn't get it working so he called a co-worker who specializes in older units. He was there within 2 hours and had me warming up in 5 minutes! Both very professional and the rates are extremely reasonable! Target will be my new hvac go-to.

The Service we receive from Target HVAC is Excellent, from it's Management to it's Technicians. We have used Target HVAC for the Installation of Commercial Heating and Cooling Rooftop units to Regular Maintenance on the 19 Units that we have deployed. Highly recommend for any of your HVAC needs.

Not very thorough. I asked them to evaluate a problem with my blower motor and they recommended that I replace the entire air handler without even opening the unit. They took measurements and never got back about a quote. I had a different servicer evaluate the problem and it was a simple fix requiring a new relay.

Hired target in June to to replace furnace and install new ductwork. Pricing is very fair however the workers complained about owner and the workers and owners were not on same page with what needed done. When it came time for furnace to be installed we were told ‘an old lady has been without heat for 2 months so if that tells you how long you will be waiting’ we had ordered back in June and then was told by owner he wanted us to use someone else for the job. Great prices, but not worth the headache.

Target HVAC came out and repaired our thermostat and AC unit. They were SUPER polite and VERY professional. They were able to assess the problem quickly and provide a solution even faster! VERY HAPPY with their friendly service and professionalism.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The person that came to our house was very disrespectful we had another person prior to A1 come out to give us an estimate they were getting ready to leave when a the guy from A1 jumped out of the vehicle screaming at the other business telling him that he wasn't licensed because he didn't have a sticker on his truck and that he wasn't a real company and all kinds of things and then 2 hours later he called my husband back just to tell my husband that the guy is a s*** company that this is what nightmares are made of. And not to be surprised if our house catches on fire or something goes wrong because of the job that he did. Not even a week later we had a knock on our door from the city of Toledo because he called them pretending to be a concerned citizen to say that our heating and air conditioning wasn't done properly and I showed the city of Toledo the paperwork and everything was fine these people are very unprofessional I would never use their service in my life it is crazy I understand being competitive but not like that that was very sickening to me

I could not be more pleased with the equipment recommendation. Chris Smith knows his stuff. He inspected my entire house and determined that there was insufficient return air duct work for the new furnace to perform properly. And he came up with a solution to the problem and implemented the modification at no extra charge. My new furnace and AC unit are impressive and the guys that installed the equipment are great. They provided a very neat and professional equipment installation. I recommend A-1 Heating to my friends and neighbors.

All I did is try to get them to come out and give me a quote for a new hot water tank replacement. They were so concerned that I have a home warranty that they said they wouldn’t come out “because home warranty’s don’t pay”. Ok let’s make this clear. Yes I have a home warranty. I need a hot water tank ASAP. I HAVE EVERY INTENTION TO PAY OUT OF MY POCKET. The home warranty reimbursement is my concern not yours. I’ve used my warranty before and had a check in 4 days. I’m not concerned about that. I WILL NOT BEG YOU FOR MY BUSINESS. I WOILD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I WILL TAKE MY CASH BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Called to ask about boiler loop replacement because the company I had come out to diagnose the problem was unable to do the actual boiler loop plumbing that runs through the basement. They took great offense that I had called anyone else and were unwilling to help me at all. They insisted that I use the person who came out even though they only work on boilers not the plumbing loops that run through the house. They seemed irritated that I would even call them for help. They did not state that they could not do the work but that they WOULD NOT. You would think we were dating and that I cheated on them. Very unprofessional to get mad that I had not called them first.

Nothing has changed from before the cleaning visit; we are still having so much dust it is not healthy for us. Their equipment seamed to be old; it stirred the dust but didn’t suck it up totally. I would’ve liked to see what and how much dirt came out of our ducts, when I asked the gentleman he said you can climb up the truck and see, off course that wasn’t possible the truck was not accessible. The house was full of dust after he left, I don’t know if that is normal with all companies or not however, I had to clean each room wiping every item in it which took lots of my time. When the heat is on dust accumulate quickly, maybe they should update their equipment and use video inspection to make sure the job is done correctly.
