Glass City did an excellent job replacing my HVAC system, and they did a very efficient job, all in one day. I am very pleased with their work.

Glass city hvac was wonderful! I needed a whole new hvac system when my furnace broke and no ac in house either. They explained all my options thoroughly and pros and cons of each. Then they did a great job installing my choice! I had an issue with the thermostat and they sent someone out quickly to come fix it. Definitely will use again for any future maintenance.

We had Glass City Heating come out and there skilled technician diagnosed and had to replace the gas control valve on our hot water heater. Technician was very professional.

Had a strange noise coming from my furnace. Called Glass City and spoke to a very knowledgeable polite lady named Peggy who was very helpful. The Technician they sent was a man named Tom. He opened up my furnace to check the blower where the noise was coming from. He said it didn't sound like the motor was bad. He looked around and found a piece of an air filter that had torn off and became lodged in the furnace. He removed it tested my furnace and charged me a service call. So many other companies would have taken advantage of my situation and he was honest with me. I truly value honesty and this will be the company I call for my HVAC needs in the future. Tom was on time, polite, and professional. Thank you Glass City for being an honest company and taking care of your customers!

So disappointed with this company. The only positive thing I have to say is that the two different guys that came out were very professional and nice. We needed the coil replaced in our A/C unit we were first told it would be around $1,500 from the two guys that come out. We get the the total quote via email that it would be a total of $3,870. We decided to get a second opinion from a different company and we paid $1,300. Always get a second opinion glass city is not a trusted company!!!

Our heat went out when it was really cold, so we decided to call glass city and immediately i knew i wanted to use them. From the lady on the phone, Perry and the staff that installed our new high efficiency furnace and our new A. C. The service was wonderful and they truly took tjere time and did a great job. Its been a few weeks now and we love having heat again . I highly recommend them, they also have great finance options available.

They showed up when they said they would. Very professional. They got right to work installing our new A/C unit. They had to do a few modifications to the existing system we had and installed a new thermostat. Cleaned up after they were done. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Glass City was fantastic! When I called in the woman that answered the phone(I can't remember her name) was awesome! She gave me great advice on what I should look into. Mike the technician was equally as awesome! He explained what the deal was, gave me his expert opinion and was able to save me some money. I highly recommend Glass City!

I was very happy with the work that was done. The men were very courteous and kind and they stayed on the job and did the job so it was done. I'm very pleased and happy my furnace is working while so far. I also want to Thank Gary, the owner that mean did a very good job. I would recommend them to anyone, and I will.

What started out as a routine yearly cleaning, turned into an additional purchase when my heater for my greenhouse went out on the same day as the cleaning for the main house. They gave me a fair price and were out to replace the unit within a few days! Everyone did a great job. Would recommend!!

Used your company to clean my furnace. Tech adjusted something. Everything fine for 10 days then furnace stopped. two different error codes. I called before hours service was told they would call .Waited a hour called again same thing happened. Called third time during hours. No call back ever, used another company. Contacted the company by e-mail two weeks later still never received any reply.

Professional and courteous, called for a replacement for our 30yr old furnace. They came out later that day for an inspection/quote, he was able to explain in detail all the different options to choose from as well as prices, and different payments options too. Scheduled a couple days later, the crew was polite and friendly. Kept the work area very clean and gave us a thorough walk thru of all the work once it was done. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Well it started off good. However I have had to call them out every year except the first year. There has been issues with the central air unit ever since. Furnace no issue, even though after installation there was a water fall from the central air unit. This year upon calling up for my warranty they told me I do not have one and told the tech not to respond to my call. Oh the warranty is over with even though it hasn't been enough time. My warranty would have been up in September not August still had a month. Do yourself a favor and seek out a different company. Wish I did. Nothing but a money pit and can not depend on the central air unit. This has been my experience.

We've had Glass City Heating and Air come out several times in the past few years for cleaning/ check of furnace and AC and repair of AC. We have had both Mike and Tom. They are both knowledgeable and professional. Prices are good. Never using any other company!

The installers where great professional I've had glass city install my air conditioner furnace and water heater and they will be back to install a mini split heat and air conditioning unit in are garage i highly recommend them to anyone.

Glass City recently installed within one day an HVAC system at our home. The crew was friendly and professional. All our expectations were met and exceeded.

The installers were very professional yet personal. They installed the HVAC system on the date selected very efficiently and cleaned up everything before they left. The supervisor explained the details of they system in a manner a layman can understand. As a result, heating and air conditioning bills have been halved and the house is always warm in cold weather and comfortable in hot weather. I highly recommend Glass City Heating and Air Conditioning whether for repairs of installation.
