The company sent a tarrived on time and The technician (Angelo) was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I would recommend Shrek for any of your hvac needs.

Simply awesome! When Angelo called to tell me he was on his way, I was so relieved because I knew by the way he spoke to me, he was a very respectful person. He is also very knowledgeable & explains exactly what he is going to do. He fixed my problem & got my AC going in no time. Angelo was the most polite Technician that has ever been in my home! I highly recommend Shrek Heating & Cooling. I officially have a new HVAC company to give my business to! Thanks Angelo & Shrek! :)

The staff at Shrek came to the rescue after we spent a month without A/C, back and forth with an uncooperative home warranty company, and several outrageous quotes from competitors. They were quick in their response, gave us detailed explanations for the work they were doing, and showed us different solutions for the issue at hand. 10 out of 10, highly recommended!

The repair was GREAT with a highly skilled technician !!!!!!!. The insurance company that we were dealing with was very disappointing, as they not only held us up by not approving the claim in a timely manner, but required several calls and other types of communications.

Brian was able to correct the problem with my air conditioner with a replacement part that he had in his truck. It was up and running in minutes. They also were able to get me schedued the same day I called I trust his knowledge and experience and was also pleased with previous times I had problems with my furnace and heat pump that were taken care of promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Had an issue with my AC unit. The technician showed up in a timely manner helped me with my issue and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Much appreciated.

I like all caring he was about us not having heat and wanting to get our product fixed. Come back fix it had to get more parts and measure. It was fixed and running very well before he left.

Rob did a great job of showing me what was wrong and breaking down what causes certain systems of the furnace to fail! Also showed me alternate ways help maintain my furnace as well as what to look out for when running or working on the furnace

Repairman was great. Fixed my problem plus educated me on correct filters. He was very personable. He is a real asset to Shrek Heating.
