Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and methodical throughout the process. I also mentioned an issue with a vent in one of the rooms, and he gladly addressed it on the spot. We have been experiencing problems with our heat pump and poor heat availability during low cold temperatures. Today, the technician throughly reviewed and searched for the problems and the source of the problems. He told us of the steps he was taking and the types of testing he was attempting throughout his work. We are pleased with the service and looking forward to a warm house in the colder months. We had an issue where my AC stopped working. The tech who came out was a nice dude think his name was Brad. He troubleshot the issue. A groundhog had chewed through the wire to my AC. He fixed it for half of what I thought I would pay! They didn't install the AC but the guy was a real proffesional.

Maumee Valley H&AC have always been my go to,with any furnace problems. Today they replaced my old furnace with a new Payne furnace and did a great job! They were prompt in getting here this morning when they said they would,and completed the job two hours earlier than the estimate of time that was given! The 3 man crew were very professional and polite,and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend this company 100%. Thanks MV H&AC!

Kenny arrived promptly and was very kind and personable. He went about his business and said he will return to replace my crazy accordion air filter. I should have mentioned the air filter thing when I scheduled the appointment. I would highly recommend Maumee Valley Heating and Air Conditioning.

Needed to replace our 25 year old air conditioner. Shopped around for options and MVH&AC had a very competitive price, but I also really liked how informative and honest they were with me. Zero pushiness or pressure, very flexible and open with everything. After the install the AC worked amazing but we heard a very very slight buzzing noise. We felt a bit neurotic asking them to come and check it out but they (Brad) came back to add a bit more insulation and the unit is essentially silent from inside the house now. No charge for the service either, they really do want people to be happy with the work. Great company, everyone from the receptionist to the techs was fantastic.

We had our first service visit today with Maumee Valley and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The technician that came out was friendly, kind, knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I was impressed with the detail to the little things like wearing shoe coverings while in my home. I had a new furnace installed today. The two gentlemen that came to install my furnace were very professional and efficient. They laid tarp down on my stairs and basement floor to keep any debris from causing any damage. They arrived on schedule and my furnace was fully operational in about four hours.

Such a great family owned business! Jackson and Jamie gave incredible customer service and was extremely knowledgeable. Each time Jackson came he was extremely prompt if not early! He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and fixed it in less than a week!

We were very happy with our service today. We have a stupid nest thermostat that came with our recently purchased home. As it turned out Brad discovered some of the burner wasn’t lighting due to dust on it. He cleaned it and it appears to be running fine. The price was good, he was timely and were happy campers. We called yesterday and they were out the next day. Good service

I called them at 8am as my house was down to 46 degrees, they came out by noon, had to find the part but were able to and finished by 4. They were friendly and courteous and did a great job! I would recommend Maumee Valley H&AC to everyone!
