One of Maumee Valley's technician's named Ken came to my house to service the furnace. What a terrific young man he came in. He was polite, he went to the furnace and he did his work. And everything worked out great. I was so pleased with his service and what a nice young man he was that I purchased their Spring and fall plan for them to come out twice a year. It's a great deal. They (Shane) did great work installing a new AC and furnace Dec. of 2023.Then later I had them install some additional duct work in my basement. Again they (Shane) did great work at a reasonable price. However, a year and 4 months later after the new furnace was installed there was a gas valve leak in the furnace. They sent a very qualified tech and fixed it the same day. Very good honest company.

First of all Becky is fantastic who answers the phone! She is always friendly, helpful, & personable! All the techs are great! Mike Stewart came out and was very helpful & professional! He also took time to show me what I needed to do with my furnace! I highly recommend this company and I will continue to use them as they give GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Brad is Great and Very Friendly and Helpful! I have been a customer for a long time!!

Mike Stewart came out to clean, check and diagnose our boiler. He was on time, professional and personable! Totally trust his opinion and plan to have the work done that he recommended.

Here is an update to my review. Once again, Maumee Valley Heating and Air Conditioning comes through with shining colors! After moving before my service contract was up they honored it at my new location. Awesome news at a time I needed it. I'll be a loyal customer!

We recently had a new Bryant furnace installed and were very happy with their work. The technicians, Shane and Jarrod, were very polite and professional and did a great job on our fairly difficult installation. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Maumee Valley responded within two hours to repair our malfunctioning air conditioning unit. This occurred during a very hot spell and it was very much appreciated. Jeff, their technician was very professional and went out of his way to repair our unit on a temporary basis to get us by the weekend, even though special part was required.
