I've been using Maumee Valley Heating & Air since moving to Toledo 5 years ago. In that time we've had one service call on our furnace and regular Spring and Fall maintenance visits for our furnace and air conditioner. We are extremely happy with the service we get. The technicians are knowledgeable, clean and polite. The office staff is also great to deal with. The price is affordable. I highly recommend this business.

Prompt and efficient maintenance call. The technician, Jack, explained exactly what they were doing on each step. Their yearly maintenance plan is a good value and provides peace of mind that the system is working well. This is a small family business that truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend!

System works fantastic (1hour post install) house already feels warm and is coming to temp. Technicians were nice. Absolutely appreciative of the opportunity and blessing to have a new furnace. Jackson was an awesome help for my family. He was able to diagnose and repair our furnace within an hour of arrival. He was also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using you moving forward for our HVAC needs!

Mike was prompt, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue quickly (inducer motor), explained everything in a way that made sense, and got the job done without wasting time. Part ordered and replaced within 24 hours! On top of that, he was friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience stress-free. The system is working perfectly now. I would absolutely recommend Mike and Maumee Valley Heating, Inc., and would gladly use them again.

My furnace broke at 6 pm on a day when the temperature was 0 degrees. I called multiple service companies; however, none provided timely service. At 8:36 pm, I got a call from Maumee Valley Heating Company, who said he could schedule service for the next day from 8-10 am. I accepted and was very thankful for their timely response. The next day, two guys arrived at my house on time, were very nice, and worked carefully to look into the problem. They told me lots of technical details, step by step, and helped me understand how the furnace worked. Finally, they found the blower motor was burnt out and needed to be replaced. They offered several options, and finally, the furnace was repaired. It was running excellently. I appreciate their excellent service and very friendly communication.

I purchased an historic home - built in 1919 - that came with a Boiler. Little did I know that hidden behind my main kitchen cabinet (under the sink) was an old radiator - which was standing in the way of my remodelling plans! I have no experience with boilers, so went online to find a business that could work on them and get the radiator disconnected from the system and removed. I found Maumee Valley Heating and A/C and after reading other reviews, gave them a call. They sent out Jeff who was wonderful, upfront and honest to speak with - and we discussed the system and what it would take to make the needed repairs. I agreed to the price and he returned in a couple days with some helpers (sorry, I forgot their names!) to remove the radiator - NOT an easy job, for sure. These guys worked incredibly hard to get rid of the estimated 600 pound beast and charged a fair price (that didn't change when the final bill came!)...... I then scheduled Jeff to return to service the rest of the equipment to be sure I have a fresh start to winter. I would HIGHLY recommend Maumee without hesitation to anyone in need of Boiler system service or other HVAC service!!!

Hired Shrek for 2 jobs and would hire again. Shrek was installing a new gas line to a new detached garage when my furnace went out in the house. The 40+ year old furnace could not be repaired and had to be replaced. We chose to replace the 40+ AC system with the furnace. Shrek was very responsive in getting a quote with options for a new furnace and AC system. They also loaned us a couple of electric heaters to help keep rooms warm during a couple of cool fall nights. The work was completed fairly quickly, and the quality of the installation was very good. The crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves. We will continue to work with Shrek for our HVAC needs.

What can I say, Shrek Heating & Air Conditioning has done it again! Such a caring and wonderful staff, and top notch family of experts. I would highly recommend this team, time, and time again. 🎈

The technician Mr.Molina was very professional and cordial which is all that I ask of any person/company that I choose to patronize.

Came in said my thermostat was fried...said homeserve does not cover it. Wanted to charge me 189 to fix it today or 289 to come back and fix later. I went to home depot and bought a thermostat for 24 dollars and fixed it myself in 25 min.

My wife and daughter were home while I was at work. They were trying to take advantage of a woman. I understand there running a business but let's say u pay the tech 50 an hour. And company 100 just to come out .. 25 for thermostat and 25 more a 100% markup. That's 200 they still want 89 more..

First time having Shrek out to clean my furnace. Very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Rob went above and beyond taking the time to explain everything he was doing and how things work. Definitely having them back in the spring for my air conditioning and recommending them to everyone!

They installed a new air conditioning system for me and it works great. But there were a few air leaks and I called them and they came right out and fixed the problem. Everything seems to be working great. The cold air is blowing good though the vents now. Thanks for the good service.

Shrek has always done phenomenal for us. Timely efficient and work with us on the right setup for our needs. Brian, Devon and Robb do excellent work and were here for a furnace replacement today and had us up quickly and took the time to go over everything with us. Highly recommend their services.

Brian and crew did an excellent job installing my new heat pump system. They communicated extremely well, were honest, and realistic with their information and advice.
