This company is unprofessional and dishonest. Took our money and did not perform the job that they were hired to do. when my husband asked Mark to clean and tune up the furnace that he was hired to do, he pulled off. We ultimately, went with Jeff from Bluflame. They were professional and got the job done for us. Bluflame is highly recommended.

The manager Sam replied that Mark suggested that we needed a new furnace, that was determined to be a lie. Mark, wanted to cover his behind because he was rude, unprofessional and dishonest. The manager never reached out to here our side. This is the proposal Mark gave us. We was hired to clean and tune up the furnace which he did not and wanted to charge us twice. Mark never said the furnace was unsafe. There is so much more I could say about our interaction with Mark bias position and his stereotype of my husband and I. Its well because Bluflame was professional and courteous. By the way is the house isn't for sale its sold. One has nothing to do with the other, again communication, honesty and professionalism is key here.

Had a scheduled air conditioner cleaning scheduled. Service was quick and easy and service tech was pleasant and courteous. Having an older home I appreciate that the M & M techs understand how to keep us running smoothly. They've serviced our home more than 20 years and never disappointed. This visit, there was a slight issue after the tech left. The on call tech was pleasant and helpful. The original tech was out [first call of the day] and a quick adjustment, we were back running again! Thank you M & M [D Phillips] for taking such great care of our home!

Called today for repair since they installed my furnace when my house was new. The girl said they were booking mid December???
I said for a no heat call?
Found another company that was much nicer on the phone and coming out tomorrow.

What a wonderful company that provided AC services to us. The services fees were fair, the costs of parts and installation was completed in a timely manner. It was very satisfying to see an experienced gentleman provide apprentice on the job training. As retirees we know how important it is for the next generation. This is their busy season, however I was worked into the schedule. Steve was forthcoming about the time frame my issue was not an emergency (four business days). John came in the morning and was done in an hour. This company is topnotch from the office staff to the technician. I appreciate a company that has integrity and the price was fair.

Air conditioner install. Chad and his new help was very professional. Helper was only 1 month new but very good and they worked well together. Floors protected by their drop cloths (thank you). Very organized and excellent to have in home for 2 days. Cleaned up daily and left my home as they found it but with a wonderful new air conditioner. I will definitely recommend them.

After years of dealing with M&M, I have lost all confidence. The technician who attempted to service my furnace told me multiple times that my smart thermostat was the problem. He boasted he had thirty years in the industry but would only refer me to chat rooms if I pressed for a better explanation. As has since been confirmed by a separate HVAC professional, the smart thermostat was only indicating a problem with the furnace itself. M&M charged me each and every time they attempted to service this furnace, and charged me to replace the working thermostat. Still, when the furnace failed hours after their latest attempt, I contacted their emergency weekend services, but was never called back. My furnace is functioning now after minimal service from a separate HVAC professional, and I trust the advice they have given me about the longevity of the system.

Great business. Very trustworthy and professional. Very respectful of my home and patient with all my questions and concerns and willing to explain things in depth. Shawn was our repairman. He repaired our boiler, took his time to evaluate the problem, and replaced the defective parts. M&M charged us far less than we were quoted by BluFlame, and did not try to sell us another boiler. He also did not tell us that our boiler was not worth fixing (we knew better!) The next time we need boiler work or decide to buy a new boiler, we'll be calling M&M! They did a fabulous job, for an affordable price (just over $1,000), and without the attitude and pressure of the other guys. THANK YOU M&M!

Great staff. Super friendly just dont let your guys hang out here to long they might hear something that can never be unheard.

Disappointed that you have to be a professional to shop here. Had the hot surface ignitor go out on my furnace and could easily remove the part and was hoping to be able to buy the replacement here. Was told they don't sell to homeowners. I realize this is a company policy so it's not specific to just this location. Just disappointing that when you need a part, unless you can order online and wait a couple days, you are almost forced to go with a repair company to fix a simple issue.

Definitely interesting getting in here to get unloaded but possible. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Brad was polite and informative, showing me pictures of the problems. Fixed the problem fast and we have our AC back. I strongly recommend this company.
