Mike with Action helped us out alot. We had quick service and they were able to troubleshoot our furnace when it was blowing correctly but not heating correctly. Communication was great, they were on time, and efficient. I would highly recommend them!

I called Action HVAC & Electrical to replace my 30+ year old water heater, after using Action previously to repair my furnace sometime back.

Mike thoroughly went over my options. After a few emails had a day and time set up. As this was not an emergency replacement. Within his first email to me was his quote to do the replacement, and that is what I paid when the job was complete there were no surprise charges!

Bo & Isaiah were here today to do the install. They were professional and friendly. They were careful to clean up any water that got on the basement floor while doing the disconnect of the old tank. They also used a portable sweeper to clean debris that fell on the main level floor removing the old tank. They were done quickly with minimal water interruption. Thanks!

I contacted action at 2 in the morning, received an immediate response and Mike was at my house just a few hours later. The owner, Mike came out to my house to address my heating situation whereas my thermostat was reading a higher number, but it was really cold within the home. Mike was very professional and thoroughly explained the problem with my furnace. His price for a new furnace, which I know I need it because my house is really old, was very reasonable and I would highly recommend Mike and his staff from action heating and air conditioning to service my future heating needs. Action recently installed new furnace in my home. Called on a Saturday afternoon expecting I wouldn't get an appointment until Monday at the earliest, but Michael called me right back and was at my house in less than an hour. Gave me a rough estimate to fix the furnace, but I decided to replace instead due to the age of the unit. No hard sales pitch, explained my options and we scheduled installation. Easy as pie and for a more than fair price. Bret and Isaiah removed the old furnace, installed the new one, replaced old condenser and piping, and even cleaned my central air unit in less than 8 hours. They didn't rush the job, were friendly and answered all my questions. Walked me through using the new thermostat, and tested both furnace and AC. I am very happy with the service and people from Action and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Action replaced my elderly neighbors heat pump and Furnace at a reasonable price and in a short period of time. They didn't finish until everything with working perfectly. Mike, Scott and the crew treated the owner with respect and explained everything clearly. Good job guys!

The guys came out the next day and serviced my furnace. Found spiders were causing the problem. Furnace fixed and happy customer.

Action installed a new furnace over winter after ours went out during a cold streak in January. They communicated great and had our new furnace in a running pretty much right away.

When we turned on the furnace when it started to cool down some other issues popped up and Action had it fixed right away.

Action Heating & Air has been servicing our home for the better part of 5 years. Most recently, AH&A installed an A/C unit at our home. Installers, Beau and Isaiah arrived on time and got to work right away. They made sure the work space was left as clean as it was when they arrived, and had the high traffic areas protected so there was no clean up for me. I was very nervous because we were replacing a nearly 30yo unit and the footprint was very different. Mike was amazing and walked me through the process on the phone and the installers did an excellent job setting up the unit behind the house and even made specific adjustments to accommodate our landscaping.
