Adding to the pile of good reviews. Our furnace went out and Abe was as able to get his team in quick to get our home heated along with fixing the wild setup the previous owners had installed. While installing our new furnace, the power went out in the neighborhood for 10 minutes and Abe’s team did not stop working. Having them back in the spring for AC installation. A++ from us.

I've used this company a few times now and cannot recommend them enough. Abe is so good about explaining what the issue is and answers any questions you have without making you feel like it's too much or it's a dumb question. I had an employee of his (I cannot remember the name unfortunately) in the summertime that came to help fix the AC. He was just as pleasant and down to earth as Abe is. There have been times I feel I could have easily been upcharged for things and and it was not the case whatsoever. Always pleasant and arrives quickly. The "honesty" is so appreciated this day in age! I can definitely say I will always use Honest Abe's.

Amazing service, amazing communication. Abe went out of his way to make sure my family was not without heat during the cold snap and everything was handled in such a timely manner and with such professionalism. Absolute excellent customer service. John and his partner kept the house clean during installation of our new furnace and they explained everything well. Their prices were fair and we highly recommended them. We are considering a 2nd air conditioning unit for the upstairs of our home in the near future and will be using them for that purchase as well.

When our furnace was pronounced dead earlier this week, Rick was at our house after posted office hours for a second estimate. Not only did he offer to move his day around to install it the following morning, he looked beyond just the furnace and evaluated the carbon monoxide vent pipe, the filter set-up, and the option to add a fresh air intake. He was friendly, knowledgeable, a problem solver, and unafraid to hop in the crawl space to assess the whole system. He didn't try to push or persuade me any way and left me with the options and decisions. Cindy was very helpful over the phone (also after hours) and was able to confirm that what was needed was in stock and put me on the schedule. Communication was reliable and fast, the work space was left clean, and we had a new furnace the following day, so no more 40 degree nights with all of us huddled in a room with a space heater. My family thanks you!

I was really impressed on how quickly they got my thermostat to work. It turns out something inside my thermostat just needed to be cleaned. So they cleaned it out. They did a very good job. Also the two men that were fitting the problem were very respectful and very kind. I would honestly recommend this company to anyone that have a problem with their thermostat or their AC.

received service on our air conditioning unit in July and the fan outside unit was changed & tech releases Freon on accident & had to restore, paid little over $500 for services, a month later when 90 degrees again, air conditioning went out again. They are closed on weekend. Monday unable to get anyone on the phone during listed open hours of business. Also never received promised quote for new ac system. We are unhappy customers, they were referred to us by friend. We will not use them again.

We had a new heating system installed by Action when our old furnace went south during a cold spell this winter. They came out and installed a new furnace within the day with a fair price and quality workmanship. Their knowledge, professionalism and speed was greatly appreciated!

This is the second time since we have been in our home (27yrs) that Action has saved the day. Both times we were able to have a new furnace installed the next day as promised and at a very good price! Crews are prompt, polite and leave nothing for one to clean up after they leave.
