Our furnace went out and Abe was able to come out the same day to fix. They definitely live up to their name.

I even asked a bunch of questions and they were knowledgeable and friendly. I'll be going with them again if anything HVAC related comes up.

Don’t even know what to say. People are great answered phone after hours,very professional,showed up exactly when the said they would. Service was excellent!! Repairs were perfect!! Price was unbelievable really! These people are the real deal!!

They arrived at my home when expected they came right in diagnosed. The problem told me my options gave me a great price. Fixed it the same day on this frigid Monday afternoon, one of the coldest days in quite a while. I appreciate their professionalism, fairness quickness. We used Honest Abes for the first time this week and were very happy with the service. The technician, Jeremy, was out at our house inspecting the A/C unit less than 24hrs after calling, during the hottest week of the year. He was very friendly and explained things well. They were able to quickly get my A/C unit fixed and the price was a fraction of what I was expecting. Will definitely be using them again!

Honest Abe's came out today to service our furnace and replace a part on the humidifier. We've used them twice now and both times Abe did a great job and even went out of his way to save us money. I always enjoy the opportunity to support companies like this. Thanks Honest Abe!!!

Abe and his team are really amazing. Our furnace blower went out at 9:30pm and he tried to talk me through the potential issues. When he realized it was the blower, he drove over to our house and got it fixed within an hour. Thank you so much!

I called a few companies for a new HVAC quote. My system is only mid-life but my daughter has a severe dust allergy and has been having trouble since we moved into this house. M&M heating guy was in for 20 minutes, showed me a few products and emailed me a 10k quote.
Abe took over an hour to inspect everything inside and out. He asked lots of questions and in the end laid it all out in a way that was easy to understand.
I didn't need a new system. It used to have an electronic filter but there was just a box in and there were gaps where the air wasn't even being filtered. He pointed out another issue and emphasized that I do not need to replace the whole system. I hired him on the spot to come back and now our system actually is doing its job! Thrilled to not spend 10k! I had the fan running continuously for a few days and finally my nose had stopped itching. It's been itching for weeks!
Everyone was very professional. The location of my HVAC is in a super cramped spot and no one complained about it. They even apologized because it took longer as they can only work 1 at a time.
And bonus points: my 3 year old was talking their ear off throughout the day and they were all so sweet. She even brought one guy her broken purse, "cause he's a worker guy to fix stuff!" and he fixed her purse for her. So kind and made her whole day. Thank you guys :)

Updste: i just wanted to add, these guys have been awesome every time I have called. I had my AC unit die, and they were booked solid for 2 days. Instead of making me wait, he walked me through a very easy DIY fix that I was able to complete by myself in a few minutes. The fact that he could have waited until the next appointment and made money off me from an easy fix, but decided to educate me on something I was able to fix myself just goes to show that they truly do care. Absolutely would recommend using this company for any hvac needs.

Wow! It is 9:30 the night before thanksgiving and he answered our call right away, came within 30 minutes, serviced our furnace and got it working!! I will forever be grateful for him!!!

Around the first of May, my basement flooded. Contacted Abe right away. Lost furnace, hot water tank, a lot of personal items. Insurance did not move very fast, Abe insisted I get my hot water tank replaced right away for health concerns. He was so right. Beat boiling water. As soon as insurance came through Abe installed my new furnace. I had to call Abe yesterday because my A/C stop blowing cold air. He sent Jerami out today to replace a capacitor. I do know Abe cares about his customers and employees it shows!

I cannot thank Abe and Jeremy enough for their quick response and excellent work. The thermostat went out at my dad’s house — he’s 77 years old — and with the extremely high heat we’ve been having, I was really worried about the risk of heat stroke. I called expecting to be told it would be at least a week before someone could come out, since everyone’s so busy right now. But because of my dad’s age, they made it a priority and had someone out the very next day.

They were also very reasonably priced and didn’t charge anything extra for the next-day visit. I’m beyond grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and integrity they showed. Highly recommend!

Technician called just as he was near my home and was very timely, I think even early. Diagnosed problem right away and educated me in my homes furnace as it appears I was given incorrect info a few years ago when same problem arise.
Very polite and courteous. Called Abe's on Friday and arranged to be here on Monday, at my request, as I was offered a weekend call, but declined as partner and I were maintaining warmth and comfort for ourselves.
Will definitely utilize services in future, if needed.

Honest Abe came out to give me a quote for a new furnace and I went with them, because they had the most reasonable price. I also felt as if Abe lived up to the "honest" part of his name (the crew he sent over was also amazing). He was thorough about his estimate and mentioned things that other companies left out.

The day the crew came out to replace my old furnace, they were on time, considerate of my home, did the the job in a timely manner, and left my basement clean! I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needed help with their heating and A/C.

Amazing service - very friendly and professional. Our furnace was making loud squeaky noises but still had heat and this was on a big snow and very low temperature weekend. I was concerned as online it said to turn of power to furnace if making a noise like that. Abe was only one that would talk to me out of a number of places I called and he reassured me that he did not think it was anything serious or dangerous as most likely culprit was a blower motor. He said he could come out then but thought it could wait until Monday which we opted for. He showed up when he said he would and was very personable. It turned out to be a clogged filter which was easily remedied and very reasonably priced. Also gave us a quote in case the blower motor did go out. Would definitely highly recommend him and would use him again if something else goes wrong with furnace.

I had a great experience with Honest Abe's. I had been attempting some self diagnosis of my furnace. When I called Honest Abe's he walked me through some things over the phone. I was able to get my furnace back on with his advice. When it continued failing intermittently days afterward I decided it was time for a technician to come out for a proper diagnosis. I had a part replaced (pressure switch). The visit came with the reassurance that if the furnace failed again, they would come back out to figure it out without an additional visit service charge. The part that was replaced seems to have done the trick. I've had no issues since. Thank you guys!
