Nathan and Bryce did a fantastic job installing our AC system. They were especially patient with our son who wanted to follow them around and ask a thousand questions. Lots of attention to detail. Worked well integrating a new system to fit seamlessly within the space, even with having to reroute some things. Well done all around.

We had a problem with our heat shutting off and producing a burning smell. The tech that Rick’s Heating sent out named Ian was able to identify and determine that our motor blower was seizing up. They ordered the part that night and installed the next morning! Ian was fantastic — a real HVAC wizard. Took him all of a half hour and we had functioning heat again! 5/5 would recommend.

I have had a new furnace, a new AC unit (& moved to a new location) and duct work cleaning completed by this company and they always go the extra mile!!
They are all always very respectful of your home.
They give the best solution for whatever situation you are in and lay out all of the options for you. So you can make the best decision based on all of the information (information you may have not known before) & even when I sprung it on them LITERALLY within 24 hours of needing this project completed (oops) they were there and willing to help in every way they could.
I am one for asking a ton of questions and speaking up when I dont understand, or misunderstand a previous conversation. Not only did Ted politely take my call by the team already here (ready to go) to discuss, he got a hold of Rick to follow up with me. Not too long after the call, Rick personally stopped by to see the situation and help explain with the best, positive attitude. And the boys stood by patient, working on other things they could during that time. (It was my bad.)
On the estimate, Ted made sure the installation team would leave an outlet for me during the AC move and when we thought we ran into trouble, Rick offered assistance immediately without hesitation. Little things like this i feel make extremely exceptional customer service.
All four guys worked hard, listened and took care of business (including the extra team that came to help, I think Randolph and Christian).
Rick has a great team behind him!
(And it was a super freaking long day.)

Our furnace and water heater went out in February. When most other companies were closed on Saturday, Rick responded on the first call. Dylan and Nate arrived early and did a great job. Quick service, cleaned up nicely, installed with no issues, very polite and professional with reasonable pricing. I Would HIGHLY recommend Rick's Affordable Heating and Cooling. Had Rick come and take a look at my furnace when it wouldn't light and walked me through what was wrong and how they would fix it. Ordered the part and had one of his tech's, Ted, come and install it a few days later. Both were great with answering my questions and even gave me info about when to replace in the future. Everything was quick and professional.

I had some scheduling mishaps, but they did handled it very professionally and when I did a technician out for service he was so great! Jackson explained all that he would need to do and got it done and made sure I knew what he was doing and made sure I didn't have any questions before he left! I would definitely reccomend them!

We had a fabulous experience! Rick’s contact with us about estimating the job was great….he was right on time! Ryland and Bryce did the install of the mini split and they were amazing! They arrived promptly (a little early even) and worked all day. They kept us informed about their progress and showed us how to work the new unit. I would highly recommend Rick’s. Justin the technician that came to my house was very friendly and great at his job. When justin had to contact his boss Chuck he was also very helpful. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I called and the technician, Ted Cole, was at my home within the hour. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. He found the issue with my furnace and did a thorough check for any other potential issues. He gave me options regarding remedies, and he performed the work quickly and explained everything really well.

After looking at the work and estimating cost work was scheduled within days. Justin was amazing. Arrived promptly and replaced some smashed ductwork in my attic, replaced my old outdated thermostat and installed a dryer vent. Price was great. Would definitely recommend and look forward to their service for all future heating and cooling maintenance.

A few months ago, I was having issues with both my AC and Heating so I researched to find reliable companies in the area and through word of mouth I discovered Ricks Affordable Heating and Cooling.

They were able to diagnose my issues, the AC was fine other than a small leak! However our furnace was outdated and essentially obsolete.

I was able to talk to Rick and the service technicians who laid out all my options so that I could best proceed.

Ultimately we decided it was time for a new furnace and Rick and his team were great and professional the entire time they serviced my house, respectful of all our animals and making sure everything was installed perfectly leaving behind no messes.

We are thoroughly enjoying our new Coleman furnace through these frigid months, three months in and it works great!

Really great company. The prices are affordable and I love that they message you with actual realtime locations of your technicians. They even send a little bit of information about your technician with a photo.
