Action Heating went above and beyond for me.

When I called because my furnace was no longer working, I received a call-back from Mike very quickly and he was able to come out without much delay to run diagnostics. He was very willing to explain in detail what the issue was with my furnace and the price quoted for the furnace/installation was within the average prices listed on home-repair websites. The installers Scott and Robert arrived quickly, were pleasant and professional, and did a nice job on the installation.

When, a few hours later, I discovered an installation error, due primarily to a mistake on my part, Mike put in an extraordinary effort to find a solution to remedy the situation. He was patient in dealing with my neighbor, who was also affected by this mistake, and even leant me a space heater to help prevent the temperature in my condo from dropping into the 50s at night. I cannot stress enough how understanding Mike was and how much effort he and his workers put in to ensure a good outcome to a bad situation. I highly recommend working with Action Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical.

Action HVAC has been serving me and my family for years. Commercially as well as residential. They stand by their product and warranty. We had a condenser that was finally found to be the problem. It took sometime to identify the problem due to the condenser not always failing. Action had the patience and was very egar and polite through the process. Thumbs up.

My furnace stopped working in the middle of February. I contacted Terry and he sent his brother who was closer to my home to inspect the furnace. Mike immediately went back to the office and found the part to make my furnace work. The entire process took 3 hours to complete and heat was back on. I highly recommend Action Heating and will use them again when my furnace needs replaced. Competitive price with excellent service and quick turn around time.

They have always been quick and have done quality work. We call them every year to inspect our furnace and AC. They let us know any issues there are during the inspection. They also recently replaced our 20-year-old HVAC system in our house that we recently purchased based on the inspections, that way we don't have any issues with our AC this summer. We haven't had any issues.

My air conditioner went out on a week that had 95-100 degree temps in the forecast. Everyone I called couldn’t come check it out for almost a week. A friend recommended me to Michael at Action Heating, Air Conditioning and Electrical. I called him at 5:30 pm on a Friday night and he was at my house at 10 am the next morning. I am now enjoying my cool home thanks to Michael! He even checked in the next day to make sure everything was running properly! I highly recommend!!

They came well within the time frame that they said they would be here. They called me to let me know they were on their way.Very nice people very knowledgeable they know exactly what they needed to do and got right to it. Great company will always use them.

Thank you Mike for great job , about 9 months ago the company replaced an old furnace with a new one to avoid the use of existed chimney, but there was unnoticed issue with ductwork that resulted in insufficient heated air. Last week or so I was called by my tenant few time regarding insufficient heat, I reported the issue to Mike and he was eager to repair the unnoticed issue, with Ductwork in very short period of time, FREE OF CHARGE .

I had procrastinated buying a new furnace until an emergency arose on New Year's Eve. I took action and called Action Heating and Michael responded quickly and said he would have a team out to replace my furnace January 2nd. (My furnace was still working but on its last legs) Bo and Isaiah did an excellent job of installing and were patient answering my questions. My furnace was installed by the end of that day! They went the extra mile in clean up afterwards. Thank you Action!

The technician, Scott, was on time (actually called ahead and was a bit early), knowledgeable, and thorough. He didn’t seem too rushed like he just wanted to get done and out like how sometimes other service call technicians can be. He took the time to show me issues and explain why there were concerns, and answered the questions I had thoughtfully and with my best interest as a customer in mind. I highly recommend Action based on this experience, and if you can request Scott, I’d suggest that as well.
