I can not begin to say how happy I was with the Tech that came to our house today.I was almost beside myself.our unit stopped putting out cold air.and it was getting hot fast with 8 people and 2 animals this was not going to be good for anyone.i couldn't get anyone sooner than tomorrow Monday July 14th in the evening even under emergent circumstances,I couldn't get any closer than noon.i called your company up and you had someone here within 45 min.I seriously wanted to cry.He was an absolutely wonderful Tech explained everything as he went and I could not have been happier with the whole expirence, in a situation that could have been bad.I would give this Tech and the company 10 stars if there would have been that many available to check.Thank you again for such a wonderful outcome.

We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced. We got 3 bids. M & M was competitive on price with the others. I went with them because the salesman spent time explaining things to me, but was very low pressure. I also was impressed with the woman who answers the phone. When we first bought our house I noticed the M & M service sticker on the furnace so I called her and asked about the service history of the equipment. She took her time and ran through it all with me. That made me feel comfortable with M & M on the service end...and it's very important to me that the company who does the install can back it up with service down the road.

As far as the install, it went great. The installers showed up on time and were very professional. The install has been complete for a week now and everything is running great. The bill came in exactly as promised.

Highly recommend M & M. My 37 year old furnace finally gave up this winter and I was without heat. M & M was quick to diagnose the problem, was willing to speak to my home warranty provider on the phone, and were professional through the entire process of installing a new furnace. Their service tech, installers, sales team, and office staff were all friendly and helpful during the process. I worked with Adam who was very upfront during the quoting process and not at all pushy. He answered all my questions upfront and was very clear. The install team was incredibly quick. I had a new working furnace installed in less than a full day. They did a great job cleaning up my basement after install too - I can't recommend these guys enough!

We had M & M install a new furnace and A/C system several years ago. I would not recommend them for new systems. The original estimator obviously did a very poor job of estimating the size of the furnace that we needed because when the outdoor temperature drops to 20 degrees the indoor temperature cannot keep up and we have to start adding supplemental heating such as the kitchen oven, bathroom wall heater and an electric heater to remain comfortable. Now that the outdoor temperatures have dropped to zero degrees we have to use all three supplemental sources.

Shawn did my annual furnace cleaning and inspection. I am completely satisfied with his performance. He was courteous and explained everything he did. I've been using M&M for about 19 years and am still pleased with the service.

Dear M & M Heating and Cooling: I want to thank you for all the technicians I have had experience with this last year since purchasing my home. All of them have been courteous, providing me with great advise and have serviced the furnace, the old air conditioner and old water heater very well. Which means these technicians have bought me some time before I will need to replace this equipment. Today technician Shaun came out and did excellent work with the water heater and furnace. He advised me on some things that need to be updated down the road which I deeply appreciated. If you can, please give a 5 star rating for each technician that has serviced my home this past year and of course I will give Shaun a 5-star rating too! Thank you!

The technician was Shawn. I was very pleased with his service. He was knowledgeable and polite and thorough. He explained things in such a way that it was easy for me to understand and asked if I had any more questions. He explained things on the invoice really well. I sincerely appreciate Shawn helping my elderly parents when their furnace went out. Mom was under home hospice care and Shawn was caring, helpful and understanding when they needed emergency service on the weekend. I highly recommend M & M! Don't hesitate to call them.

I had a very positive experience with my furnace clean and check in December 2023. Shawn came early in my 4-hour window. He was very personable, thorough and informative about my results. I was thrilled to hear that I can make it another winter. I believe in having my furnace and air conditioner checked regularly hoping to make them last as long as possible. I credit M & M for helping me to maintain my equipment. Thank you Shawn, I hope you can be my technician again in 2024!

I was having issues with my tankless water heater and called several places that were suggested by the manufacturer before finding M & M. I found the office support friendly and able to find an appointment quickly, even with the holiday. Both Shaun and Doug helped sort out the issues and got it back up and running as soon as the replacement part was delivered to my home. They were professional and personable. I would highly recommend them for any issues with HVAC.

All the money my dad has spent with this company and they are telling me I have to go without heat for a couple days I'm a old house that could get a busted pipe and the guy on the phone was so rude

Extremely unprofessional and unethical business. They came out and checked out my HVAC system in a house I recently purchased. They got it going but didn’t inform me that parts needed replacements. They had serviced my home with the prior owners for same issue and recommended replacing parts at the time (which was not disclosed during sale). Second time they came around and finally informed me that parts needed replacing. Informed me this was an issue that was known since before I purchased the home. They charged me for both repairs. I asked for an estimate for the new parts. They did not provide any estimate or quote for two weeks despite calling the office a few times. HVAC system now down and they provided overpriced quote and despite their mistakes- No change in pricing. The poorest experience I have had with a business.

Was scheduled a few days out for a technician to diagnose the issue with my furnace. The day before my appointment, I was called to see if my appointment could happen that day instead. It was nice to be moved up. When the technician arrived, he allowed me to describe the issue and the first thing he did was listen to the system. He confirmed what I described then sought out a cause. Previously, I had another company come out and the technician spent about 20 minutes checking things out, didn’t try to confirm my description of the issue and misdiagnosed the problem. Will be sending my business to M & M moving forward.

I can not say enough good things about this company! The technician was very informative and caring about his customers. Tide was out when they said he would be. He did everything he said he would do to get me heat in my home! I would recommend and trust this company! I would use them again!

I am so very grateful to M & M Heating & Air Conditioning for the manner in which they responded to my emergency home heating disaster during the coldest of the cold snaps which occurred this season. Doug and his crew were fantastic in the rip out of my previous system and installation of my brand new Navien boiler. I enjoyed getting to know each of the crew but I really want to shout out to Doug. I love you, man and thank you for helping an old geezer out of a tough spot. Oh yeah, they really did me a solid with the cost too.

Quite uncaring. You may be on your own if you have an issue they can address but decide not to. One of the vans they own is blocking the driveway. Why not park that van with all the other vans in the huge lot downtown? If that employee does not have their own vehicle, they can at least park properly instead of exposing the company to being viewed negatively. And yes, we are current customers, but that might change.

I'd give you 10 stars if I could. Two days before Christmas our upstairs furnace went out. Without hesitation your office gave me an appointment on Christmas Eve. Two men worked on our furnace. Both were great but especially Doug Fisher. Very knowledgeable and friendly and he got us up and running again. I would recommend M & M and especially Doug to everyone. Thank you for saving our Christmas.

Our furnace went out days before the extreme cold front (on a Friday!) someone recommended I reach out to Steve to see if he could help quicker than another company who couldn’t get a consultant out until Tuesday or Wednesday the following week.
Steve came within 15 minutes and confirmed that a new furnace was needed. He went through all our options and didn’t try to push anything unnecessary. Our new furnace came in several days later and the install team showed up at our house bright and early. They were friendly and made sure the job was done right. Dan and Colin made sure to walk us through the parts of the new furnace so we understood how it worked. M&M was also several thousand dollars cheaper than another local company. I can’t recommend them enough!!!
