They did a furnace and ac unit replacement and they did a great job and left everything clean and nothing behind it's great to know there's still a company with the knowledge and great customer service out there in and out in 1 day amazing job

These guys saved my house, seriously. We hadn't had heat for 4 days, and no amount of DIY was going to work with my furnace. Keep in mind, the "real feel" outside was -10 F, give or take. Called up Shrek (shout out to Rob and Brian) and they sent a team to help. They got my heat back up and running in like an hour, and thanks to them, none of my dogs will have to suffer with cold this winter. Thank you, Shrek!

Woke up today in a freezing house. After calling 6 or 7 companies asking if they would work with my home warranty company, Shrek was the only company to say yes! The tech was out to the house and was very helpful, patient and understanding. He even helped us get our thermostat fixed without asking for anything extra, when truly he could have. So thankful to have gotten this company so close to Christmas. 10 out of 10 recommend using Shrek Heating & Air.

Fantastic Service!! Brian gave us an estimate for a normal furnace and air conditioner and a high end one. We went with the high end for a great price. Three or four days later his crew came out and started installation. Everyone was extremely nice. A week later when our roof was getting replaced, the roofer decided he didn’t/couldn’t change the vent for our hot water heater. We called Brian and his guys dropped off the parts within an 2 hours and came back the next morning to hook it up. We can’t recommend Brian and his crew enough!

It's cold out and my furnace won't work. Shrek was here quickly, ascertained possible problems, made sure I was alright, offered space heater( which I declined), Next day, bright and early, worked. Had to order part ( on Friday, so we had to want until Monday) left space heater. I survived, furnace repaired.Everyone is so nice, polite, friendly. All work covered by warranty. It's almost worth the cold to see them.

Shrek came out within hours to fix our furnace after it had been out for an entire holiday weekend during an Arctic blast. Our house got down to 41! They gave us amazing service, told me exactly what went wrong and why without mansplaining to me, and I was completely comfortable talking to Robb and Brian while my husband wasn't home. I'll never call anyone else when I get in over my head with repairs!

Everybody needs a number for a good HVAC company in their contacts. Enter this one. our furnace wouldn't kick on. called Shrek, and dispatched Angelo the next business day. he quickly found the issue, fixed it, tested it, and was on his way. I had never heard of Shrek and chose them due to online reviews. Now I'm adding mine, and I've added them to my own contacts. Definitely recommend to others.

The most honest HVAC company I’ve ever dealt with. Had Brian out to look at my water heater after speaking with other companies and he was the absolute best. On time, courteous and very friendly to my family and dog. He was the only one to point out two simple repairs to fix our issues that none of the other contractors mentioned. Saved us thousands of dollars. When my wife and I eventually need to replace the water heater, or need any HVAC work, I’ll definitely be calling. Couldn’t recommend any higher.

Shrek saved the day for me when my furnace fan stopped working. On the coldest day of the year in December, they were the only company who could even look at it the same day. Angelo showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to locate the part and install it, all on the same day. Shrek is a great local business I would use again.

Brian is very knowledgeable about the mini splits and he and his crew: Devon, Rob and DJ are doing a great job installing them in my home. This company is the first I’ve used that actually cleans up after themselves. The work has been completed and my home is once again warm. Brian took the time to explain how to use the remote (being up in age the technology can be confusing)and gave me suggestions for keeping everything comfortable. Sasha is now laying on top of the covers instead of buried under them. She followed the guys around as they worked and got the attention from them as well. Thank you Brian and gang for making my home warm again. Can’t wait for summer since I’ve never had whole house air. I feel special.

Our central air-conditioning system died and was unrepairable. We called multiple companies and received bids from 3. After reading reviews from all 3 companies, comparing products and costs, as well as availability, we decided to use Glass City HVAC. The quote process was thorough, making sure that we understood what would be done. The installers were simply awesome. They did a great job and were very careful not only to not disrupt anything around their work areas, but I feel that our new system was installed much better than the previous one. I strongly recommend Glass City HVAC to anyone looking for repairs or improvements to their system.

I would definitely call them again. My boyfriend and I are new home owners and our AC suddenly went out. They were able to get us an appointment very quickly (other places were booked out 1-2 weeks) and an hour time frame rather than 3-4 hour time frames for appointments. The man who came to do our service was extremely friendly and kind. Literally all that was wrong was we hadn’t replaced the air filter since we moved in 2 years ago (whoops!) but he still did a thorough check of everything to make sure for us. He didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing about the air filter and told us a few things to make sure were doing regularly for upkeep. Great experience!

My furnace went out during the coldest point of December and when I called to get an appointment, I was able to get in next day. Service was great, they were friendly, professional and the ladies over the phone when I had questions were patient and kind and very informative. Enjoyed my experience. I love my new furnace. It works beautifully.

I had to have my furnace replaced recently, and it was done in a quick, efficient manner with all my questions answered. I was so thankful that they were able to have it done within a couple of days after my phone call! I can’t believe how efficient my furnace is in comparison to my old one. A/C went out and it turned out to be the furnace. Who Knew that if your furnace was out your AC did not work...I did not.( Glad it went out in the summer time) Gary came and looked things over. He explained everything to me. My Furnace was from 1987. Wow I would say the people who owned the house prior to me got their moneys worth. I was given the pricing but it was going to be 2 weeks to install. I shared with him health issues that my spouse had and asked if we could be added to a cancelation list. As luck would have it we got a call and we were moved up. They arrived on time and the installers were friendly and explained things as they worked. I used this company to install my A/C a few years back and they are as professional as can be, friendly and treat you like your part of the family. I would recommend them with out hesitation.

Moved into our new place on Saturday just to find out that the other company that installed our new central air didn't do a good job. The wiring was messed up, among other things. We put in a request on Sunday night. Glass city reached out Monday and were here by Tuesday right on time the time window was set for 1-2pm, the technician pulled up at 1:00pm on the dot. He walked me through the problems fixed it all and was on his way. Super nice guy, answered all my questions and concerns, he took his time. I highly recommend this company. The lady that called to schedule my appointment was also very nice and professional.
