I utilized this HVAC contractor's services at multiple properties over the course of several months.

Daquan will always advise replacing over repairing existing HVAC units. He also has a tendency to over explain/communicate, which made me extremely uncomfortable. In hindsight this was likely his strategy for coercing us to spend more money.

The technician came out to replace my 15+ year old heating system, and man am I ASTOUNDED! My home feels 10x better than it did before! I definitely recommend Absolute Comfort for all of your HVAC/R needs! Very great service.

So happy with our new furnace. I would recommend this company to everyone. Daquan was great on time didnt play around. New furnace was installed in a timely manner. We didn't have to wait weeks for heat he came the next day after my call within 1 day he was back with new unit. Thanks again couldn't have asked for a better person to do business with.

Great experience using Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling! They were very responsive and punctual. He was able to diagnose our issue very fast and got out heat running again in a timely manner.

Originally he came to install a thermostat I had purchased myself. My furnace didn’t have the correct wiring, but he was able to give me a few options of what he could do to get it running. I ended up going with a thermostat on hand which was very convenient. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this business to family and friends.

If I could give 0 stars, I would but unfortunately that's not possible. This "man" has held onto one of the keys to my house for several weeks now refusing to return it despite me asking nicely several times and despite him telling me he would complete returning it. He never has. Never will. Not what you do to your customers. Completely unprofessional not to mention unsafe. Now I feel like I have to change my locks because a stranger has had access and/or my key for several weeks now. NO THANKS.

Quan was very professional and suffient with fixing my central air issue. He thoroughly explained everything in detail and didn’t mind answering any questions I had. Very pleased with his service and will use him again.

Quan was great, very knowledgeable, very transparent about the entire process. Would willingly and openly answer any questions with expertise. There was an issue with the thermostat and he came back to my residence within 20 mins of calling him, brought a new thermostat at no charge, stayed until he was sure the issue was solved. The Technician arrived on time the day of install and got everything done in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable Technician. This company also has the better warranty out of all the companies that quoted my AC replacement. Once again highly recommend.
