I recommend Alternative Plumbing. They connected my house with the city water today. Mark is a great guy. The water department was suppose to dig in my yard, but got behind. Mark did it for them, to get the job completed today. Joe and Collin are polite and friendly guys. They removed all the well plumbing inside, and did an awesome job connecting the inside plumbing to city water. They cleaned up their mess. I flushed the toilet when they were done with the plumbing. The toilet got plugged up. Collin stayed 45 minutes extra on a Friday late afternoon to unplug the toilet. Special thanks to Collin. Five stars to Alternative Plumbing. They get the plumbing job done right.

I have been using Alternative Plumbing since 1998. They do excellent work, at a good price. The last two service calls I made to Alternative Plumbing were performed by Bryan and Steve. They do excellent work and give good advice regarding future service needs. I hope they are sent to my house the next time I need plumbing service.

Highly recommend. I had a broken garbage disposal. Rick was the man who came to my house for Alternative and he made the experience excellent. He assessed the problem and gave me my options. He then took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Tested everything and kept the work area very clean. No hassle, no problems. I highly recommend Rick from alternative plumbing, he was a great guy.

From initial discussions with Mark to completion of water and sewer line repairs by Joe, Colin, Rick, and Mark II, our expectations for quality work and effective communication were exceeded. The company has equipment necessary for big jobs, and despite the need to sometimes work in tight spaces of our old home, the crew worked very diligently. Thanks to the crew for a job well done!

This company and people come in my house reck my sink drawer. The reck my crawl space opening found out The guy said he was the apprentice was actually the owner so is lying to me said he would come back and fix everything never did I had to hire a company to fix my drain And pay that company $300 this company is a rip off I would never use them again promises lies an expensive

Not only did they have a fast response (showed up same day) but also was very affordable. I called over 5 competitors and he beat their quotes by $100 and definitely very friendly and actually helpful in pre- maintenance. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! Very friendly and professional! We have a root issue that needs cleaned about every 3-4 years and was definitely the least expensive by half compared to others, without a sacrifice in quality. They also helped my parents with some issues, will be my first recommendation to anyone that asks.

Great experience. David came out the same day and handled my backed up sewer line. They even dug out the access since it was buried in my back yard. Great work, timely and affordable. Can't beat that service. Would recommend for all your plumbing needs.

Dave has been to my house twice in the last year and is very honest and affordable. I would recommend him to everyone with drain trouble. Very timely and professional!

I called the owner on Tuesday, asking if he could come out and fix my clogged kitchen sink. He instructed me to send him a text with my address, stating he would get back to me. However, the next day passed without any response. When I called again, he explained that he was prioritizing more urgent calls, which I understood. Unfortunately, he failed to update me via text or call to let me know he couldn’t make it. After texting a third time, he finally informed me that he would be out of town until Monday. Overall, his communication and professionalism were extremely poor. I was hoping to have my drain unclogged by the weekend. I would’ve figured something else out if the communication was more clear.
