Steve did such a great job he was fast and efficient and he was super polite to our kids, even though I’m sure they were getting on his nerves lol running around where he is working, but overall the best company I have ever used and definitely will be using again and not to mention, he was out here within a couple hours of me calling him. Great job guys.

It was a Friday night, and I had just returned from vacation to find my toilet clogged. Thankfully, the service was quick and professional. The technician arrived promptly, handled the issue efficiently, and was in and out in no time. I really appreciated the fair weekend and night pricing too. Highly recommend!

Ok so I finally found a company that I will continue using again and again. Steve took my call and got me on the schedule quickly. Doug showed up and did a great job and took his time doing things right. He actually took the time to show me what he does when I came down there to inquire about things. And the price is by far one of the best in town.

We’ve lived In the same house for 9 years. Every year the tree in our back yard grows roots into our drain.

Every year Doug has taken care of us. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and likes to be thorough. He is also just an awesome person who is friendly. Steve is also very pleasant and accommodating.

Early this morning, 11/3/2025, I called Doug about a clogged toilet! This problem occured Sunday so, we made an appt for Monday morning. He stopped by earlier because I called him again. He fixed it and the price was fair. He also shared information about why the problem happened in the first place. Next, I want to install a new kitchen sink. I'll call ACTION SEWER and DRAIN because they can do it with great care. They have my business.

Action Sewer has always been our go to for drain cleaning. We live in a 100+ year old home and the pipes are old. Doug always stays till the clog (stubborn tree roots) is clear and does not leave a job unfinished. Doug gives advice on a maintenance schedule to prevent future back ups and other solutions to ongoing plumbing problems. Doug is also very kind to my curious boys that always want to see what he is doing. They are a great company to work with and would highly recommend them.

I cannot stress enough how amazing, on time, patient and thorough Action is! No, this is not my first review for them but we’d take the time to leave a review every time we have the experience we have had. Yes, buying a house can be a pain but there has not been one plumbing or sewer issue that Action has not helped us solve…and they weren’t always easy fixes! Highly recommend!

Had Doug over to our house, he did great work very courteous and professional. Price was very reasonable. Spoke with Steve over the phone, retured my call promptly and as discussed Doug arrived to our house on time and completed the job, very happy with his work. I will use the company again if needed.

I called Alternative Plumbing in the morning with a possible plumbing problem. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for that day between 1:00pm -5:00pm. She also stated that she would call when their technician Mark was on his way. She did call to let me know that he was on his way and it was earlier than expected which was a bonus. Mark arrived & was very professional and solved our problem. I would recommend them from my experience.

My homeowners insurance scheduled this company to come out and snake a clogged sewage line. They showed up when scheduled, did their job, and were out the door in a timely manner. Very professional, well-trained plumbers. I had absolutely zero issues with this company, and I am very thankful they came as quickly as they did.

My hot water heater stopped working this morning. When I called, the lady that answered was professional and nice. They were out within a few hours. The crew, Chris and Tylor, were just as professional and nice. I have used them before and will use them again. I know it will be done correctly. Yes, I recommend them.

I thought the work itself was at least standard. However, their admin staff is a nightmare. I had work done almost 2 months ago and they still can't figure out how to send me a receipt. All that I have as record of the work being completed is a hand written note in pencil that is illegible. After 2 months of asking for a simple receipt, it's almost as if they don't want me to have any record of their work in my home.
