Best of all it comes with a FAIR price for the parts and labor to get the job done right the first time. My new home had a 21yo water heater and I originally budgeted for a natural vent replacement because I didn’t know there are various types. Turns out I have a powered vent which can be roughly double the cost 0.o. I got a handful of quotes with some companies up-selling the job, and some adding repairs I didn’t even need. Bill was honest in what was necessary and offered a great price. I’d highly recommend Drain Master and will be a returning customer myself. The new water heater is running perfect and he even upgraded my water intake valve. Thanks Bill!

As a local investor and manager we are always looking for new relationships. We were referred drain masters by one of our partners, I can say they show up on time and get the work done for a price that is very reasonable. We had a Tech name Joe, who showed up and did the work great. We had some issues after the repairs have been made that popped up, not a big deal and turned out to be not related to the work done. Joe came back out and fixed, but unfortunately was rude as soon as he picked up the phone to tell us about the repairs and hung up after making it a point that the issues were non related to the work he had did. My reasoning for 3 star is, They do great work, but they may want to reevaluate with customer service end with techs, as moving forward for future projects I will recommend and use a different brand that cares about the relationship with customers and values go above and beyond even. I appreciate the work and time

Grateful is an understatement; after getting a quote because my drain kept backing and was unable to be snaked I decided to reach out to Drainmaster (Bill) as many family members referred him.

Well here we are my originally quote was $7,000 with a bunch of unneeded work that needed to be done to $300 from Bill who was able to snake the drain along with fixing a clogged sink as well. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you Bill

We had a drainage problem late on a Friday afternoon and a trusted friend told me to call Bill at Drainmaster. Donnie was out there the next morning snaking and hacking thru 60 feet of drain line with terrific success. Fees were more than reasonable. Communication with both Donnie and Bill could not have been better. Drainmaster gets our highest recommendation.

Hands down one of the best around!! We had an emergency last night and water was backing up. Called and spoke with Bill at 8 pm all while he was eating dinner. He took the time to answer and help send someone out. Dustin came and unclogged our drains. Then our shower and toilet backed up shortly there after. Again Bill was on it and sent Noah out to jet our main sewer line! Noah was super professional and thorough! You don’t find businesses these days that care about their customers like that anymore. From the whole team, Bill answering the call in our time of need when he didn’t need to, getting Dustin to come out late, and then Noah coming out the next morning to help jet the lines! Amazing crew and even better customer service!!! Highly Recommend!!!

Great service!! Nick and Jake updated our shower and fixed the cold water in our half bath. They went above and beyond by being super patient with my kids asking questions and watching them work. Thanks to them we can take showers without using pliers 😆

Doug was great! On time and very professional. He explained to me what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it. He also showed me, step by step what and why he was doing what he was doing. I will continue to use them in the future!

Action sewer came out to run a camera inspection for my grandfather. They showed up on time, beyond polite and knowledgeable. My grandfather is a very ornery man with a ton of questions, they answered every question patiently and to his satisfaction. The price was more than competitive and we will certainly call them back for any future work.

At first, it may seem their price is too good to be true. I think people have been trained to be distrustful of any company that does repairs. But this company walks the walk of the Christian company it says it is. New water tank, shower, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink faucet with all new hoses for the price another company wanted for just the tank. Plus they stayed until they were certain it was fixed.

THEN it came in LESS than the estimate. I paid them the estimate anyway because they have a program to support families who cannot afford immediate service and I told them to give it to that program.

Honestly, I wish it was Action Sewer, Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Car Repair, ITS, and iPhone Screen Replacement. I'd use them for everything.

I have been extremely happy with this company. They have done a few things for me including installing a new shower head/faucet, a kitchen faucet, and fixed a toilet. They are always responsive, honest and I trust them completely. Highly recommend!!

This was a pleasant and effective experience. They installed a great product ( tankless water heater) and did so in a timely manner. The quote was very reasonable and the service was professional. I would highly recommend Action Sewer.

The first project (replacing all cast iron plumbing) that Action did for us was great and we've been satisfied with the work for almost a year now; we called them out for a second project (to fix what another company had messed up with our sump and crock) and were glad we did- they got us on the schedule quickly, showed up on time, completed the work (exceeding our expectations), left the work area clean, and did not exceed the quoted price. They're our plumbing company now.

We had Action do our water heater replace in our house. Mike and Jake were friendly and respectful professionals. They came on time and cleaned everything after the installation. I would recommend them for any water heater replacements needs.

I'd like to give a shout-out to Doug, one of Action's servicemen. He did a great job at a fair price. What impressed me is that he was humble and understanding when I called to let him know he accidentally ruined my roommate's food when he failed to plug the freezer back in after using the socket for his machinery. He made the situation right, no questions asked. A real Pro.

We had another company come out the day prior to open a drain. The other company couldn't do it and said we had a bigger issue that would cost $23,000. The next day, Doug from Action cleared the drain in an hour for $150. Action works with honest, skilled professionals. You can trust them.

The service guys were Steve & Ray & she said they went above & beyond to help her with her issues. They were respectful & nice. It is nice to know that there are companies & workers who still put customer service first.
