While I did not receive service from them due to my state needing a sooner appointment, the person I spoke with was very informative, went out of her way to explain some industry information, and passed on another suggestion for someone who maybe would be able to come sooner. I booked with their recommendation, and my problem was solved in a matter of hours. Top notch service even when passing on business!!

Was quoted 1 price for drain cleaning at my Mother's house. They showed up, did the work and we're driving back down the road in less than 30 minutes. Claimed that the reason for the extra charge was because of "heavy sludge" (what do you expect? It's a sewer drain). Proceeded to charge an extra $50 charge on top of the $175. Called to discuss the price, and all the tech said was "we charge by the job".

They did the work, and the drain is running again, but they did the old bait and switch on my Mother. BEWARE OF THERE GUYS!

For the record, I do service work in Cincinnati area, and I am aware of how (honest) companies do their pricing.

The plumber was very nice to work with. My call, them giving us an estimate, and replacing our water heater was all within 24 hours. They were a little pricey, but after calling 8 other plumbers, these guys were the only ones to actually come and seem like they wanted to do the work.

Supposedly fixed a broken pipe but it's still dripping and then they don't call you back they don't show up they just give you the run around do not use this business

Fails to show up and fix the issue he created, installed a faulty tankless water heater, now I have no hot water and my basement leaks. THANKS GUY. More legal is coming soon, don't worry

rob is very professional plumber and did a great job installing our new tankless water heater highly recommend him

Great customer service for an international piping supplier. Most international suppliers don't seem to want to deal with customer service. They just want that big money, coming from larger business, that are going to make bigger purchases, for larger jobs. Buy they forget that those big business where at one point a small business as well. And the guys that are sent in there to do the purchases for these smaller companies may one day be the owner of one of the larger businesses or the parts guy that dose the ordering.... surely you get my drift by now.
