I would not recommend drain doctor to anyone. Had them come out on a Monday to snake my clean out and after 1 night it was back clogged. I called to have them come out to look at it and instantly was greeted but a new guy who was just trying to push getting it hydro jetted saying “they did all they could do”. They wanted to charge $1,400 to hydro jet. I had to call another contractor out here who was able to clear up my drain with a snake and for a cheaper price. Like I said would not recommend to anyone

Had a clogged tub drain that I was unable to clear myself. Jacob came out and was able to unclog the drain and even walked the house to make sure there were no leaks evident from the process due to the age of the pipes. I would contact them again for plumbing services.

I appreciate their thoroughness and giving us short and long term solutions but also understanding our situation. RD was very nice and easy to work with and would definitely use them again.

Urgently needed someone to come out to replace the gas water heater. Came out in 30 minutes, gave me an estimate and came right back to replace it. All done under 3 hours!

I called today at 5:00 p.m. figuring I would have to schedule an appointment. But when I called, I was immediately taken care of. The receptionist, was very nice and personable. She said I can have someone there by 6:00, one hour. Best customer service. Two nice guys came, by 6:00 and they were very nice and informative. They were here less than an hour and fixed the issue. If I were to suggest something, I think that they should have shoe covers. I have new carpet and it's raining? But they, did a great job, not tracking in mud all over my carpet. I would recommend this company, to my family and friends. I even got a $50 discount.

Brian and Jacob were great! It was nice to see a seasoned plumber be patient while teaching an apprentice. They were educational regarding products they suggested and how they repairs my issue. They were prepared to tackle the job and they were nice to my pets!!

I had a complete drain renovation at my home. Installers were fantastic and kept me informed during the whole process. Brian and Jacob worked extra hours each day to ensure certain areas were hooked up for use. They were on time each day and finished the entire project days before projected time frame.
