They fixed my Sewer it cost over $1200.00 dollars It plugged up and they came out and charged 250.00 It was supposed to be covered Then the dirt started sinking called them and a guy came out and said yes it needs more dirt Never saw him again , Oh yes i wouldn't pay the 250.00 cause it was suppose to be covered They sent it to Collections.,Now the sewer has caved in,I called the City and said they approved the work, So they may fix it or i may have to have it repaired again, I paid cash for this job,I'm on SS and this is alot of money for me This is the absolute truth

They broke our pipe charged us for the clean out which they didnt do we had to call someone else to clean it out after my husband had to take off work and fix the pipe they broke so it cost us a ton more money and they refuse to refund us the clean out charge when they didnt even do the job it was still plugged up we called alexis sewer and drain

Speedy came out within the hour on very short notice. Did an outstanding job very quickly and left the kitchen clean.

Horrible customer service. The tech who admittedly wasn't professionally trained left a leak that caused damage to the sinks cabinet and the owner nor management would return my numerous messages to resolve. I was told by the receptionist, and I quote "I was told if you call back to tell you that they can't do anything for you". Didn't even give a reason, although there isn't any valid reason that they could give

Great experience and very reasonable price, especially for a Sunday. Matt had the sewage blockage from outside taken care in about 30 min. Would definitely recommend Speedy Sewer and Drain.

I am so thankful that I chose to call Speedy Sewer and Drain for my horrible sewer line back up. A Snake could not bust through the thick sludge in my main line. Don and Howard were able to blast through it with a powerful Jetter . I could not believe there was zero mess to clean up after they left!!! They were able to remove the water with a sump pump as they blasted the sludge with the Jetter. Don and Howard were so nice, especially considering it was a saturday, and this is a job that most people would never want to do. And the cost!!! WOW!! They charge a whole lot less than the local Roto Rooter. I cannot thank them enough for there help.

Called and let them know that I thought my main was clogged becuase the sump pump, and washer caused the sink to gurgle, and recently the shower drain had become slow. They sent someone out to look at the issue. The plumber snaked the main and said there was blockage about 80 feet out, charged me $133 and was on his way. This morning I took a shower and the drain was still as slow as before. Called Speedy Sewer and Drain back to let them know the problem was not solved and they said they could send someone out but it would be a new charge. I asked why because I mentioned the shower running slow to the person I talked to on the phone for the original call and to the plumber when he arrived, I was told because it is a different line. I would not recommend this company unless you have extra cash laying around that you need to get rid of.

Awesome workers they know what they are doing! Their the best the quality of work and they make sure they do whatever it takes to help and take care of the problem. They work their butts off to provide the best of service and they dont call themselves speedy for nothing!

The accountant is extremely rude and unprofessional. Questions about the cost of the service were asked and he became aggressive. The man used condescending language and was disrespectul. The customer service is horrible. They have lost my business after years as a customer.

Rude and unprofessional. The female receptionist is incompetent and hung up on me because she didn’t know how to answer my question. Choose another company!
