I had a good experience. They were fast to come out on a rain filled week. ~$325 to snake the line for sump pump drain to street. Seemed slightly pricey for what was done but the tech was super helpful and friendly so it was worth it to me. Answered a lot of extra questions that will help me in the future. If I get stuck again I’ll definitely call them

ZERO STARS: Very dissatisfied with their service. I will say they responded quickly and same day, but everything after that was a nightmare. I was charged 621$ for 2.5 hours of work only for their team to sit in the van and watch the heater attempt to thaw my crawl space from frozen pipes. They then come in and say that NO progress was made and they’d have to return the following morning to complete the job. I tried to negotiate the price since nothing was done and they did drop it down to 600$ but then decided to charge me 621$ as they left. They then returned the following morning(30 min late) to say they will be charging me $675 AGAIN for 3 more hours of work but will give me a 4th hour for free. 3 hours later they inform me my pipes were thawed but I was still not able to have water because now my well pump has been discovered to be cracked and “This is where we stop”. I was then given a referral for another company that quoted 2000$ for this new job. After I paid another company to complete the pump repair I attempted to call drain doctor back because I had discovered they left materials down in my crawl space to finish insulating the pipes and I was asking if they were going to come back and finish up , but I was informed they would have to charge me again for that service. They denied me the “free” hour of work I was initially promised and had the nerve to ask for more money. I will most definitely never be working with Drain Doctor again.

They were fine until they left my water running outside all day. Never knew they had it on . It’s really bad my bill is going to be higher than normal. They should pay.

Brian and Myron were very knowledgeable in what they do. They were very polite and professional and did an amazing job at replacing all our old plumbing!

Very bad for business called the previous day. They told me they were booked to the next morning. Got me an appointment for 8 o'clock in the morning, then called to see where they were and was told that they had other emergencies to take care of and they would take care of me when they can what about my emergency? I guess this is how we treat people nowadays. Smh don't make an appointment with the customer if you can't keep it or call the customer to let them know what's going on &you should post the phone calls so everyone can really hear everything

We have used drain doctor a couple times now and everytime they have came out same day and fixed the issues I was having. Very professional and reliable company.

Jacob was able to solve the situation in a day , after 2 days worth of calling other plumbers and some could not figure it out.

We had an urgent and unexpected plumbing issue pop up on a late Friday afternoon. We called our usual go-to plumbers and no one was available to come out. We were fortunate to find Drain Doctor! Within 30 minutes, Myron and Brian and were out at our house. They very patient, given that we had to wait for the city to show up and that took much longer than we expected. They were super professional, tidy, and did everything they could to make sure we had water over the weekend. They will now be the first company we call for anything plumbing related!

These two caring attentive young men came to my home just to I thought drain my sewer when it became a job that overwhelmed me. Both were so caring and considerate of my obvious concerns. I have never met someone as caring and supportive as these two men. Brain C and Myron C gave me hope again that there are still good people in this world. When these guys came and explained everything to me with cameras walking me through every single thing that was going on reassured me that the right people were in my home. This company did an awesome job with hiring these young men. I would recommend them anytime. I will never use another company. They have earned another loyal customer!!!!! I had an excellent experience with Drain Doctor, thanks to the incredible work of Myron and Brian. They arrived right on time, were extremely professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our plumbing. What really impressed me was how clearly they explained the problem and walked me through the solution before getting started.

Their workmanship was top-notch, and they treated our home with care and respect — no mess, no stress. Both Myron and Brian were friendly, efficient, and clearly very skilled at what they do.

Drain Doctor is amazing I had a leak that started from my second floor and went all the way to my basement. When I called they sent two plumbers with in a hour. The two plumbers they sent Bryan and Myron were amazing. They were very knowledgeable about what was happening they walked me through everything that was wrong and the solutions to fix the problems. They were patient with me asking questions and were very transparent about pricing and asking was that okay before they started anything. They really showed they take pride in their work and making sure things were done correctly. When I had to call them back out the next morning about a different issue they were concerned that what they did the day before was working properly. With my second issue the same thing professional the whole time walking me through the process again and solutions. They helped me and gave me reassurance through a challenging time. I highly recommend Drained Doctor to anyone with plumbing needs.

Very friendly and showed up within a half hour of my call. Successfully unplugged my clogged sewer line. Suggested putting a camera in the line to insure clog was clear. Great guys! Highly recommend!
