My basement had sewage back up overnight. As a new homeowner I never experienced this in my life. I called the Drain Doctor and Amber was able to get me in within 2 hours same day. I was not on site at time of visit but my wife said Joel was very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was fixed within a few hours and I could not be more happier with their service. Thank you!

We had Jason and Corey come out from Drain Doctor on super short notice for a problem that my fiance and I have been having for a couple of years now, and they were quick and thorough! I appreciate their kindness and knowledge! They explained to me the problem and solutions very plainly and without making me feel dumb 🤣 If we ever have to call Drain Doctor again I want them to come out and help us but hopefully that won't be for a while 🤣🤣🤣

Had a drain pipe in my wall burst on a Friday night while trying to clear a stubborn clog. Called Drain Doctor Saturday morning and they had someone out within a few hours. Had to cut out a section of wall but nothing I was prepared to do myself. The guy repaired the section of pipe and it didnt break the bank. I will definitely call DD again in the future for those plumbing projects I dont want to tackle.

Today was my first time using Drain Doctor. Jason was on time, and extremely thorough throughout the whole process. He wanted to make sure I knew exactly what he was doing, and suggested how to best proceed based on my needs. I hope to not have water trouble anytime soon.

The manager Amber was awesome at helping us out with bringing somebody out to help us with our plumbing! She was very professional and courteous. Our needs were felt like they were put on her priority list at the top. Highly recommend their services for your plumbing needs. We had a couple small issues and she sorted them out very quickly. I’ve used Drain Doctor several times. Each time if felt the quote was fair. They come out quickly and work with your schedule. I even needed a plumber on Christmas Eve and they were there quickly and didn’t charge extra for their service. Today I needed my main valves replaced and brought up to code. Once the water was turned back in and they were checking the water from the faucets, and issue with the bathroom sink was found and it was fixed with no extra charge. He even went to the hardware store and bought a replacement faucet! He was patient and helpful. I will definitely use them again and refer friends and family to use them

I cannot say enough good things about Drain Doctor and Jason. We had a sewer pipe backing up and Jason came out on a Sunday night and worked until midnight to fix it. Drain Doctor was honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and quick to fix the problem. Jason took care of us and provided a level of service that you just don’t get anymore and beyond that he truly cared about helping us during a trying time. If you need any plumbing work, this company should hands down be your first call.

Had very poor water pressure in the upstairs bathroom - both the sink and the tub. Amber did a great job on the phone taking all of my information, and Jason he awesome out at the job site. Jason showed up right on time and was able to quickly diagnose where the blockage was occurring, and swiftly replaced two brass PEX connectors that had calcified over time. Water was flowing great immediately. Professional, high quality work done at a very fair price!

Jacob was able to solve the situation in a day , after 2 days worth of calling other plumbers and some could not figure it out.

I called at 8:24 am to get scheduled for service and two technicians arrived at 9:44 am, within the 1 hour window I was given. They were packing up by 10:09, having successfully completed the job. Seemed a little pricey for 25 minutes of work, but results are there and the prompt arrival was appreciated. The drains are running perfectly more than a week later. Technicians were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Satisfied customer :)

I had an amazing experience with my services from drain doctor. I had a gentleman named Trey that came out and not only did he give me a good price but he went above and beyond. He was very courteous and did an amazing job at cleaning up afterwards and explaining through the whole process what was going on. I would recommend him, and them to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Drain Doctor came out and helped us again, this time it was our drain connected to the washing machine. They pulled out tree roots and baby wipes. Also educated us on why we should not " Flush wipes" . We appreciate their quick responsiveness to getting scheduled .

Contacted Drain Doctor to schedule/quote for hydro jetting my homes basement tiles. Was able to schedule appointment very quick but the employee I spoke to could not give me a standard price or range that the company might charge. She stated, “Our technicians will come to your home at time of appointment and give you a quote for services before they start any work.” Day of appointment, technicians arrived and inspected my very standard, medium sized, unfinished basement. They quoted the price for hydro jetting basement footer tiles at $545. They would not budge from the price and stated, “Sir, $545 is our minimum charge for this service, if you decide not go with our company we are going to have to charge you an $80 service fee for coming to your house today.” Just a heads up to other potential customers of this company that are in need of this service.
