Used Drain Master to service a root clean out of my home’s sewer pipes. Both times they have been EXCELLENT! The first was an emergency call, this time was routine. My wife and I opted for the camera cleaning and it was 100% worth it. Noah and Isiah provided exceptional, customer-oriented service and described everything that would be done, as well as discussed each root that was found on camera and what they could do for it. They also provided one last overview sweep with the camera to ensure the clean out was successful. They both put 100% into the service they were providing, and absolutely will have me returning for any future services. Great job, gentlemen!

The price was also VERY REASONABLE for the quality of service provided, and came with a 1 year warranty as well to help provide assurance with their provided service.

I don't usually write reviews but because I also rely on them when I am looking for a reliable and dependable company, I felt the need to share our experience with Drain Master--hands down, AMAZING! We just moved and are new to the area and needed our garbage disposal fixed and had some other projects - Bill got us scheduled right away and Andrew was lightning quick! Not only on time, but early (called me ahead of time to see if I wanted him to come earlier which was VERY nice!) fixed the disposal and our washer in record time- the price was also very reasonable. We will be using them again in the future and recommend them without question.

Husband woke up and took a shower, then could not get the shower to turn off. He had to turn off the valve. I saw many recommendations on my community’s Facebook page for Drain Master. I didn’t hesitate to call and I’m glad I didn’t. They were out to my house within 15 minutes to assess the problem. Jason Cousino was very professional and did an amazing job to fix the problem at a reasonable price. Definitely recommending the company to anybody who has any issues with plumbing…and more specifically, recommending Jason! We are a dog friendly house, and it was great to see his interactions with the dogs. He also took his time to explain the problem to me and made sure I knew his plan to fix my shower the entire time he was here. 5⭐️

Awesome experience with Noah and Isaiah. They did a great job clearing out a main pipe block and were extremely communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. Had a small gas leak and needed a plumber quickly as Columbia Gas shut off the gas to the home. Drain Master was recommended. Bill answered the phone promptly and had someone to the house within an hour. The plumber he sent was Jason and he was superb, he was thorough, knew exactly what needed repaired and worked efficiently. Being unfamiliar with the entire process the experience with Drain Master was an A+. Thank you !

Derrick (not me) was great! He was determined, and successful at getting our extremely clogged drain cleared. In addition, he replaced the drain traps under the sink. All at a very reasonable, fair price. I will certainly be recommending their service to others.

I can't say enough about Drain Master. They were able to come in a very reasonable time. The two young men that came were very professional. They explained what the were doing and answered my questions to my understanding. They were also very mindful of my home. They wore booties and brought the hose though a window so not to dirty my carpets. Two thumbs up! My first time to use their services but definitely not the last.

I had a slow bath drain so I found their number and gave them a call. The price was fair and they had someone out in less than 20 minutes. Jason was very nice and respectful of my home and did a great job. Highly recommend

Called with a minor issue. Bill was great with communication and came as soon as we were both available. Bill not only fixed the shower but identified the issue causing low pressure. I really appreciated the communication and thoroughness of the work. I would highly recommend Drain Master for plumbing needs.

I called early a.m. with bad basement flooding found out it was sump. Tech came out super awesome install and got water draining. A few hrs later pump stopped. I called and got directions but no go. They came out and readjusted. Wife and went out for errand and dinner and pump was stopped again. I called and the boss came back again with a new pump. Success. These guys are awesome and stand by their work even after hours he came from home. Found it was most likely a faulty pump. So he replaced and water moving again. Long story short I won't hesitate to call again. Super awesome, highly recommend and you won't be sorry.

We have been using Drain Master for various plumbing services for over a year and every experience has been wonderful. We will also comment that they are a military supportive company and always give us a military discount. We had a major issue with sewage water backing up into our kitchen sink. We called Drain Master, and they were at our front door within the hour. Bill the owner and his son Elijah were very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. They were able to troubleshoot the issue and completely fix it in a very short time! They also made sure it was all in working order prior to leaving. I would highly recommend them!!!!! Thank you both taking such great care of of us!

These guys are terrific ! Another company told us that we would need to move kitchen cabinets and cut out a wall in order to solve the problem. The Drainmaster staff solved our problem with no structural damage, minimum cost to our budget and maximum improvement to our plumbing issue. Thank God for these men. I cannot recommend them highly enough !!!!

Called Drain Master on Monday am after we had a plugged line on Sunday. Came within 2 hours of our call. Went up on the roof and cleaned the stuffed line without causing any commotion or mess in the house. Just to be sure they jetted the sewer line going out. Noah & Isiah were courteous, competent and knowledgeable. They made sure our drains were flowing freely. I would highly recommend Drain Master.

Woke up Wednesday morning to a leaking hot water heater, called Drain Master that morning and by Thursday at 10:00 am had a new tank installed for a really fair price. Bill and the staff are excellent and would highly recommend them for any plumbing issue, large or small.

My usual drain guys were unavailable, Friday afternoon and a back up in a rental, worst situation possible. They came through and had the main line jetted and augered, in no time. Super professional and efficient. Cannot recommend their services enough!!!

I needed a sump pump pit dug in the corner of my basement and a basin and sump pump installed. From cutting through the existing concrete floor to the final concrete work and cleanup, Bill and his son, Elijah, did an excellent job! Bill explained clearly what they were doing as the job progressed and offered helpful suggestions. I appreciated his attention to detail especially when it came to the cleanup. I definitely recommend Drain Master and will call them again for my plumbing needs.

We had a problem with our plumbing and a friend recommended Drain Master. Called and spoke with Bill (owner/operator) and he came over at the exact time of our appointment. He was extremely polite & helpful and fixed the problem immediately; and at an excellent price! He really did a great job and I highly recommend him!

Bill came out faster than anyone else.. informed me of everything and explained it well.. got the whole job done the next day at a very affordable price way lower then the rest, will definitely use them in the future!
