I called management yesterday in hopes of finding a resolution, but unfortunately, that call never came through as promised. With forecasted highs this week reaching the mid-90s, I'm starting to lose patience - my kids need their house cool, not a malfunctioning system. This has been a thoroughly disappointing experience.

While this might come at a higher upfront cost, it's likely a better investment in the long term, especially when it comes to warranty integrity.
They had an issue with their delivery, but they promptly addressed it. They got back to me right away and made things right quickly. The problem was fixed within a day, and I appreciated the thorough answers to my remaining questions.
I initially gave this company one star, but after some communication with their management, my opinion has shifted. It's clear that the company is expanding rapidly and investing in new hires - young American phone representatives who require substantial training and financial investment. Having previously purchased equipment from HVAC Direct, I can attest to their quality products. The excellent management team they've put in place also deserves credit.
I'm thrilled with my new heating system from hvacdirect.com. The Mitsubishi HyperHeat is performing wonderfully, maintaining a cozy temperature in my Florida room despite its old single-pane glass windows.
