Electricians were trenching and hit a gas line. When Enbridge came out, they said it was our responsibility to get it repaired because of the location. We were scrambling and so blessed to have found JEM. JEM made the emergency repair so we could have gas restored.

What a great experience dealing with JEM Plumbing..from dealing with Natalie and Ashley in the office thru text..they really took the time to try and pinpoint the situation and were able to get a technician out that same day..As for the technicians..two professional young men..Carson and Mathias .. they assessed the situation on site..made great recommendations and delivered a finished product that works great..looks great..and going to last for years to come..I can’t say enough on how pleased we are with JEM Plumbing..got em’ on speed dial for any future projects that may arise down the road

JEM Plumbing was able to help us with a kitchen sink back up quickly and efficiently. They had a same-day appointment available, and was even able to come earlier than the estimated service window. Couldn't be more pleased with our service. Jeremy spec'd the perfect replacement, Joe and Matthias removed our old and installed our new sump pump professionally and efficiently.They even made sure the WIFI connection was secured before they left.Everyone one I met at JEM is courteous and prompt. I just wanted to share the good experience that the our church had
with JEM plumbing. Everyone was very professional and cordial, and we knew it was going to be a dusty job because of the concrete floor that was going to need to be sawed, to get to the waterline that beneath it was leaking and could have created a lot of dust throughout the sanctuary. But that didn't happen. Because of the tent that was set up in the filtration system, it was done with minimal disturbance and completed in one day. Thank you, Thank you, thank you.

We used JEM Plumbing today to fix our toilet issue. Carson was our tech. He was friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and had the issue resolved in minutes. Highly recommend. We will use again in the future for all plumbing needs.

Carson from JEM Plumbing was awesome! The main sanitary line at my home was really clogged with tree roots and I had yucky water backing up into my basement. JEM was able to send Carson out to my house the same day! He was able to diagnose the root issue with the camera and informed me that the line would need to be jetted to clear the blockage. Carson was even able to come back that same day with the equipment and water jet clean the line! Roots gone! Water flowing! Nothing backing up! Yay! Carson was polite and professional and I would definitely recommend JEM Plumbing to friends and family in need!

Matthias was our repair person. He was on time, gave an accurate estimate, and completed the work in less than 2 hours. I would recommend JEM for kitchen pipe repair. Great job!

Our tech was very knowledgeable, didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. Friendly and respectful! I tried calling several other plumbers and nobody would return my messages. One day after leaving my work I saw their van in the parking lot and decided to call, they are polite and accommodating. We set up another service call to have them come back and treat the drains!
Update: Carson our tech that came out the second time to snake out the drains was great. He told us up front how much we would be charged and what all he would be doing. He had to do it twice as there was a lot of build up. He was very patient and wasn’t in a hurry. We will definitely do business with them again!

JEM plumbing was able to help me connect a disconnected laundry line and utility sink to my main sewer that was missed by a previous contractor and done incorrectly. Mark was very communicative, so was his crew. He set up getting permits from the county and arranged for an inspector to come make sure the job was done effectively and correctly.

We were recommended Jem from a family member. After calling Thursday they were able to come out next day and help. Kevin and Caleb were great. Our septic tank was having issues and we had a pipe leaking. They fixed our leaking pipe and while doing so found a blockage and suggested we call someone to get our tank drained before doing anything else. They called their boss to get a recommendation for a company that would drain our tank. That company was able to come out same day compare to others who were two weeks out. They were very professional and didn’t try to oversell us anything that wasn’t needed. I would recommend Jem and we will be calling in the future if any other problems arise!
