So impressed with JEM plumbing. I called for an appointment and the office staff Heather and Natalie got us scheduled right away. Joe their technician was on time and got right to work. He was pleasant and answered all my questions. The bill was slightly less than the estimate so no surprises I highly recommend JEM plumbing.

JEM Plumbing will get all our future business and referrals. Late Thursday night our basement drains backed up causing quite the dilemma in our 6 person household. Not knowing what else to do, we called roto rooter who fed us some crap about about the “issue” and quoted us between 10-15k. The office staff were very accommodating and it was very helpful to send them photos of the areas I needed addressed so the technician would be prepared. They kept their promises to notify before arrival and arrived within the scheduled time frame. While at my house, the technician was very courteous and clearly explained the work he would do. I would highly recommend this company and will call them if needed again.

After the Gas Company shut off our house gas service due to a detected leak, I contacted JEM Plumbing to assist us in getting our gas turned back on. From the beginning, the people at JEM Plumbing were courteous, quick to respond, and accurate with their estimate. Chad kept me well informed, Natalie and Ashley were prompt with their correspondence and very polite. All our communications were top-notch. My wife and I purchased our home in Uniontown approximately 4 years ago. The house is 30+ years old and, of course, has required a bit of updating. We've replaced the hot water tank, numerous pipe fittings, several shutoffs, new water supply lines to our washiing machine and we also had our drains/sewer lines inspected with video results. We have relied on Jem Plumbing from the onset for fair pricing and timely service. Long story short, we haven't found anyone better.

My first experience with Jem was awesome. From the friendly customer service on the phone to schedule them all the way until the job was completed. They got me scheduled the next day. My tech, Carson was great. He didn't do more than needed and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He got the job done quickly, was personable, did the job right, and answered all of my annoying questions along the way, as well as respected the cleanliness of our home. He also has great taste in music! Use them without hesitation if you need any work done. I will be using them for all future work we need at our house.

I’ve used JEM Plumbing several times for residential work. They have always been professional and helpful. Kevin and Caleb replaced a cartridge in the shower valve. They did everything in a timely manner and provided me with good information for future reference. I highly recommend Jem for any of your plumbing needs.

Jem Plumbing is literally a "gem"! Jem installed a brand new hydronic heater (boiler/radiator) in our home for a great price just three days after we arrived home from being out of town in January and found our home ice cold because our boiler quit. JEM sent a highly qualified boiler expert the same day we called and got our 40 year old system running, giving us heat in near zero weather while they organized the new boiler.

All of the people, including Jeremy, the owner, are great. We recommend JEM highly FIVE STARS and plan on JEM working on all of our plumbing needs going forward.

Found JEM Plumbing through the official Navien website when I was looking for a quote on a tankless water heater. The office was very responsive to my online inquiry and after speaking on the phone with Jeremy (owner) he scheduled a site visit.

I was happy with the time he spent to not only address what I called about, but answered additional plumbing questions as well. In this day you rarely get a salesperson, let alone the owner, willing to spend that kind of time.

In the end I think he gave me a very fair quote for the installation of my new unit and I was happy, if not surprised, that it blew a larger companies quote out of the water. In the end I feel I got a better overall service for my money which included upgrades not even mentioned by the other group.

I have more projects to come and Jeremy and his techs at JEM will be the first ones I call.

We have long standing issue with a pool heater gas line supply. We contacted Coblentz Plumbing. They came and assessed the situation and accomplished their part. Our journey isn’t over but I truly recommend these guys. ( It’s our first time with them)

Put a broken faucet back together because they couldn't find parts, and also didn't have any replacement materials to replace the faucet. Don't call them if you have kitchen faucet problems. You'll end up charged, and still have broken stuff. They did fix the handle on my toilet. But also broke a water shut off on my washer trying to diagnose, that repair was to costly for me to have fixed.

John was here well before the timeframe I was given. John was extremely knowledgeable and efficient and explained what was going on with my plumbing very well. I always call Coblentz when needed. Thank you.

Henry came out same day. Very professional and explained everything he was going to do. Very fair estimate. Snaked a clogged kitchen sink that has been a problem for years. Will not hesitate to call them back in the future.
