Amazing service from start to finish. Scheduling for the quote was simple and quick. Alan and Paul came out to provide the quote, answered all of my questions, and were extremely professional and friendly. Scheduling for the installation service was just as simple. Again, Paul and Alan were out and completed what was a complicated job with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend them!

Scheduling was confused. I got E mails, texts , phone calls , requests for reviews before any work was done. I was supposed to have the installation done between 8 and noon . No show. Got an email asking when I wanted to schedule, was then told I would see a crew within the hr. 2 hrs later 2 fine gentlemen came and did a fine job. As I see it, you have a mess in the office. People in the field perform well SORRY! In this review you want to know if I had a toilet or water heater installed. It was a softener. ?!?!?!

Allen was great. He was careful to tell me what I needed, but also completely open to having me pick and choose what I could afford to do even though it was a very significant repair in addition to what I wanted to do with my bathroom.

He was quick. He was pleasant. And I cannot believe the job is already done. My shower works perfectly and the water pressure Is now safe, but also still terrific.

I would highly recommend this company. I was impressed, even though this was clearly a very experienced person Working on my job, that the supervisor stopped by to check in to make sure everything was going well.

Our toilet broke early this morning. Mr Rooter was able to see us the same day and even made over much earlier than expected. Our tech, Rob, was great. He was fast and professional. We had a brand new toilet installed before noon. I'm very happy with how things went

Mike from Mr Rooter was a lifesaver! My furnace malfunctioned and all the pipes in my house froze and burst. Mike was there for a better part of a week identifying leaks, fixing plumbing and always looking out for our best interest. He was amazing to work with and redeemed my faith in the company after a bad experience a few years back with a different person from the same company. I would highly recommend and would give Mike a raise!!!

Dave was my repairman and he did a fantastic job. Arrived on time. We did a walkthrough of the issues I was seeing, which were mainly corroded water valves that were locked shut in a house I just.bought preventing hot water from getting to the shower. Dave was efficient, experienced and knew the houses in my neighborhood well. He gave me two estimates, one was more involved. After he had completed the work we both went through and tested everything and it worked great. Mr. Rooter was top notch and if I ever do ghave a need I will definitely use them again.

Matt was so helpful in sorting through a very hectic morning. Replaced our corroded valve/pipe and explained the process and made it look easy. He was polite, courteous as well as very knowledgeable.He was able to point out and give me a quote for future work that wasnt emergent but will be needed in the future. John Coyne came out to replace our entire gas line and it was done in a day and done well. He was extremely thorough and comprehensive, explaining everything every step of the way. Very knowledgeable about his trade for sure. My favorite thing about him was that we have 6 cats and it’s always a struggle to get people coming in and out to remember not to let the cats out. I’ve never felt comfortable enough to not watch them every time they go in and out, but John was so vigilant and kind that I wasn’t worried at all. Next time I need any work done at all, he will be the person I request, no question!

I called Mr. Rooter because I had used you before and felt you did a wonderful job. I had recommended your company to friends also. I recently needed a hot water tank replaced and called. Your technicians were very nice and seemed very professional. But when I saw the cost, I was very surprised and knew I was going to need to get other estimates. I was able to get a very professional job done for a little over $1,000.00 less. Even though I didn't have your company do this work, because of my past experience with you, I felt you should know this. I still respect the work your company has done for me.

Very professional interactions both for the estimate and the day work was done, and the workers pointed out a different problem I could only know about due to the nature of the project. Price was very reasonable and adjusted due to the other problem. I will definitely work with them again.

Called With a blockage drain lines were not draining he came out the same day Called me and gave me a notice that they would be at my location within an hour. They were there in about 45 minutes.briefly spoke with me about what the issue was and got right to work took care of the problem. he even made sure he did not track the floor with The mess that was in my basement Before long, my drain was flowing the price was very fair and competitive even came with a warranty. I would recommend them to anyone great work great job.

Tech was very polite and professional. Kept me informed the entire job. Finished quickly and did a great job. Was a bit pricey, probably could have found cheeper, but in an emergency, you always pay more.

Response time was unprecedented in all of my history working with plumbing companies. Their man, Mr. Rafael, arrived within two hours (11am) after I was called back with the excellent news! that I would not be waiting from 12-4pm. He was impressively professional and also quite personable. He quickly diagnosed that we had a significant “grease-gross” clog far along in the pipe from our kitchen sink drain. I had already gotten through with my drain snake out at max-length once, but as he explained (and it completely made sense) the clog apparently just kept melting back in place . After working the problem with an industrial snake, he was not satisfied, concluding that the problem would require their high pressure hydro-jet to the blast the line totally clear (1 yr. warranty included). He completed that task quite handily once the equipped truck arrived. Since he was already there, and we were the recent new owners of this house, he offered to perform a camera inspection of all of our drains and I accepted. While not inexpensive, the level of service we received was totally worth it. This company will be my first call without a second thought if I ever have another issue.

Always responsive and respectful. Works well as a team to provide updated and caring work whenever there is an emergency. Tony the supervisor explained and showed the work being done both inside and outside the home. Bravo!! Highly recommended.

It took longer than we hoped for, but under pretty extreme circumstances, freezing temps, lots of snow. They kept in good communication along the way. We're thankful they were able to finally get our water back on. I have no problem recommending them in the future to anyone.

My downstairs toilet developed an internal leak, causing the fill valve to cycle on and off every few minutes. While there was no external leakage, the flush valve started leaking and trickling water into the bowl. I tried replacing the fill valve and the upper flush valve gasket, which worked for a few hours, but then the problem returned.
I called several local plumbers, but most were booked out for days. Mr. Rooter was able to come the next day, so I decided to give them a try—and I’m glad I did! The technician, Michael Gundic, was professional and efficient. Even though the toilet didn’t act up during his visit, he listened to my description and recommended installing a new flush valve. He completed the job in about 25 minutes, which was impressive.
Overall, a great experience! I’ll definitely use Mr. Rooter again and highly recommend them if you need fast, reliable service.

I have been using Mr. Rooter Plumbing Of Cleveland my entire life at my house and my mother's house. What I really like is that they are extremely professional, polite and respectful of your situation. They explain the problem to you and answer all your questions about the situation. They are extremely good and fixing the problem. I never ever had to recall them back because they didn't solve the problem. They are a little bit expensive but the service is very good. You get what you pay for. My only concern was that because I use them on a regular basis. I enjoy a discount on service. But for some reason I didn't understand this time. I mentioned my discount after I agreed on the service price. The technician said he was very sorry that he couldn't readjust the price for the service. So in the future make sure they know if you have some type of a discount before you agreed to the service price.

Had a clog that I couldnt snake. Ended up being because I live in a condo and it was a multi foot total clog above and below me. Had to cut out pipes and the plumber did a bang up job. Very professional, cleaned up the mess. He had to cut open walls and install new pipes. We did not expect this and he was super professional the entire time. Couldnt have been fun for him.
