Aaron fixed the dripping in my shower and ran a water line for my new refrigerator. He was extremely polite and professional. I would recommend him to anyone and definitely use him again myself.

Wow, I am still at awe at our beautiful bathroom in our basement. I never could believe that this new bathroom could be installed in our small space. Brigham contractors were the only company we had talked to that was confident that this could be done. Aaron is knowledgeable and very talented. He made room for our full bathroom with our beautiful shower, toilet and vanity. The walls were put up beautifully. He put a heating vent so it is really warm in our bathroom. We had a stack pipe in the way. He had it moved and put in a new stack pipe so it would be outside the bathroom. Aaron has a talent and can make any job work. There is no job too big for this company. I highly recommend you call Aaron for any of your plumbing-contractor jobs. You will be highly satisfied.

I had recently my bathroom remodeled by TMAK Restoration and TMAK used Brigham Plumbing Contractors to do my bathroom remodeling plumbing. Aaron and Jayden were the plumbers who came out to my house. They had to take an old steel trap from my metal stack in the basement and run PVC piping above the stack going into the bathroom, installed shower base and drain new trap, drain and shut-offs and some other plumbing that I might miss. The bathroom had just been demo, and they worked quickly and professionally within a day or two they were done. As Jayden was turning on the water main valve he noticed it was leaking and Aaron and Jayden changed my valve for a fair price. The work that Arron and Jayden did was top-notch and passed both the initial and final inspections. If you are looking for a plumber, you might want to consider Brigham Plumbing Contractors.

Brigham Plumbing is AWESOME! My water heater stopped functioning, and my insurance company hired a contractor that took a week to come out and service it. That contractor failed to fix the problem correctly and I was advised a 2nd opinion was requested by my insurance company. Had a unique situation with my tankless water heater and Adam was determined not to leave until we had it resolved. As a customer, he made me feel like my situation was important to him and wasn’t just rushing to get to the next job. He gave some comfort and confidence that we would get hot water running again that day - and he delivered! He even went out of his way to help come up with a solution to not allow the situation to happen again. Outstanding effort and I really appreciated the quick turnaround, effort and professionalism.

Alex did a great job for us. We needed him to replace the gas supply to our kitchen stove. He completed the job quickly and made certain we were satisfied before he finished. He re-did a bit of the work because of an idiosyncracy with the new stove's clearance to make sure it would slide into place like we wanted. Very satisfied

Very professional pleasant young man…his name was David. Didn’t mind me watching him work, cleaned up when he was finished and most importantly looked me in the eye when he spoke to me. I think the price was fair for the work that was done. I would definitely call Mr Rooter Plumbing again.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to get same day service for a clogged drain. The plumber that arrived quickly understood the problem and started work on the most common fix. When that didn't succeed he arranged to return the next day to replace a corroded pipe behind a wall. He was very pleasant and professional and explained what he was doing while offering options.
He solved the problem and left me with peace of mind that I won't have further issues.

Dan Farmer performed an extroardinary job of opening up a bathroom sink which had become extremely slow and clogged. His mannerism was wxremely professional business wise and socially very cordial and great conversationally. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for services they provide and won't hesitate to make the call when needed.

All the men were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Our work was totally unexpected so having as many as 6 workers plus many many machines was a tad bit stressful for us. Mr. Rooter did their best to not add to this ... and we're very grateful!

I had a plumbing emergency this Christmas and Mr Rooter was the only plumber that set me up with an appointment the day after Christmas.
The work was done with my complete satisfaction and David, my plumbing tech took great care to inform me every step of the way. In addition he was literally the best repair person I have ever had at keeping my home clean as dragged big equipment carefully into the house and removed it just as carefully. I was totally impressed!!!

With what needed to be done. my only negative response is Mr. ROOTER... The job that was done was very expensive. I had a discount from Angi. It still didn’t match up to the cost. I paid $805. Overall, I’m very happy with the service that was done. Thank you, Mr. ROOTER.

While my reasoning for working with Mr. Rooter was not ideal, the service and experience of working with them was fantastic. We had seen a lot of water coming from our downspouts after recent storms, and Brett and Dave came out and were able to diagnose the issue very quickly. Knowing that we needed excavation work was jarring, but Jeff, Tracy, and Matt were incredibly helpful and efficient with the work. Matt has also been a big help answering questions after the project work has been completed. I'd definitely work with them again if I ever have any additional issues.

I had a great service. First they checked all places more than once for a leak and gave me all great advices. A second person came measure the moisture in different parts of the house to ensure there were no damage to the ceiling.
They were always very friendly and professional, definitely I will contact them again if I have an issue.

Mr. Rooter figured out the problem on where the smell from our kitchen sink and master bedroom was coming from. They saved us a lot of money and told us next steps if we didn’t see any improvement. I’ve used Mr. Rooter multiple times and will continue to use them for future jobs as they provide excellent service. Most of the time it has been same day service.

John came out and repaired and replaced a few things in regards to my plumbing needs. He identified some additional issues and I got those taken care of as well. Friendly service and flexibility. Great experience and efficient.
