Horrendous company. Did not follow the terms of the contract. Never listen to any complaints. Did a horrendous job. Do not use this company.

We hired Coverall to provide specific cleaning service twice a week and as outlined in our contract (desks, floors and bathrooms). The only thing they ever did was take out trash. Before we signed our contract Sierra was hounding us on both e mail and phone. I explained I was reluctant to get rid of our current service. They were pricey but did an excellent job. She assured me they will do great job as well at a better price. I decided to give them a chance. When issues with service came up I requested a meeting so we can discuss. Sierra never responded to my e mails. We fired them after two months as all they ever did was take out trash. If you have a good cleaning service now my suggestion is do not send them packing for these guys. We regretted it.

Coverall Cleveland is an excellent support center if you’re looking into franchising. The franchise fees are reasonable and the lowest I have seen in this area. They have an excellent support and sells team. You can buy into the franchise at a reasonable rate and expand overtime.

RC increased stability of garage and installed a patio in yard with ground repair and seeding. Workers were courteous respectful and careful. They were meticulously clean and did the work quickly . I would be happy to refer them to anyone who needs their services.
