We have used Stratus since 2012 in several of our buildings in Cleveland and Akron. Thier representatives are always concerned about the cleanliness of the facilities that they care when they do routine cleaning and project work.

Kevin Piszczek is our account manager. Kevin makes it a point to stop in frequently to make sure we are happy with their service. I must be honest; things always don't go as planned. I cannot stress enough that communication is key. Kevin is a great listener and will address any concerns that may arise very quickly. Kevins team gets the job done!! They clean three days a week and we are currently very pleased and would recommend using Stratus for your cleaning needs.

I currently use Stratus to maintain my building for cleaning purposes. Last week I had a team of 2 guys come to scrub and wax our floors which we have had done before by multiple other companies, but could never get them to really look good. These guys really blew me away with how clean and shiny our floors are! We only had them do the areas that really needed it, but after we saw the difference, I scheduled them to come do all the floors!

AGI provides excellent service with professional staff. I highly recommend this company!

Submitted to get a quote online and never heard from them. Decided to call two days later. They stated they would come the next day and leave a quote in the mailbox. By 5 PM the next day, still did not have a quote. Took my business elsewhere. Was able to get a quote within 30 mins.

I used AGI last year to power wash our house, wash our windows inside and out, and clean the gutters. They were very prompt and they did an amazing job. We will definitely use them next year!

We had Dave, Brandon, and Serina over today to clean all of our windows inside and out. Wow! I can't say enough about the work they did and how professional they were. Friendly too! I will surely use them again. They stuck to the task and the results were excellent. I would highly recommend them.

The staff that came to clean the windows of my home were diligent and kind. The office manager, was awful. She was unprofessional, rude and spoke down to me. She tried to charge a late fee when I had 2 voicemails into her to pay, claimed she sent invoices through the mail and had no problem losing us a customers. I will never use this company again.

A.G.I. is awesome! We've been engaging them for years to clean our exterior windows. This year we added home power washing and roof moss removal to the list. We are amazed! Our home looks brand new!

I have been attempting to contact Coverall starting February 16th. I have now left 6 voicemails and filled out the online form three times. They charged us for four visits in January 2026 but only came once. In addition to being unreachable and charging us for more visits then actually completed, they did not clean the women's toilet on their last visit.
Our company has been a customer for years, and the lack of communication is unacceptable.

Update: After one month, I was able to reach someone. Once I was in contact, they handle my request promptly with no difficulty. The cleaning itself was pretty good, but the difficulty communicating was a sore point.

Would never recommend this service. It hires out the work to "franchises" who are responsible for your work, but if there are any issues with those "business owners" they will not help you.
