Reviews of local pros in Valley View, Ohio

Had a gazebo kit installed and anchored to my patio. Called last week, came out that day and gave me an estimate. Agreed to the estimate and had a crew out to install on Monday. Worked was completed in less time than originally thought and had issues with my kit parts but we more than able to fix them and get them installed. I plan to use again for future projects.

Right Choice really helped us out for POS violations for a house sale. They performed great work in a speedy fashion and really helped us out. They were on time and very professional. I would more than recommend them for any sort of contractor work, which we are looking forward to working with them again in the very near future for another project that we have.

After an evaluation from a structural engineer that outlined the need to install a steel post in our garage to support a room addition above, we contacted many contractors. The Right Choice guys were responsive, gave us fair bid, and completed the work within a week. They were great.

The quality of the work exceeded expectations and they came in under our budget would definitely recommend for any project large or small

I used them to tear out an old driveway and put in a new cement driveway. They were fantastic to work with! They were very responsive and followed-up quickly. They communicated about the process clearly and finished the job when they said they would. I was also impressed that they were proactive, for example they reseeded my grass where needed after they put the driveway in. I would definitely use them again!

Tom with Right Choice Contractors did a wonderful job with my bathroom remodel. They were always prompt with returning my phone calls and finding the right people for the job. My new bathroom looks amazing! So happy they worked with me on all my questions, I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

A couple of months ago, we hired Right Choice to put in our new patio at our bar here in Wadsworth Ohio.
Alex, Tom, & the rest of the crew were outstanding & very professional in every sense of the word throughout our entire venture together
Take it from us, these gentlemen are extremely friendly, skilled, knowledgeable, experienced,,affordable, & precise in everything that they do.
Not to mention, they will complete your project quickly, & professionally, & bring to life the exact same vision you had in mind when you first met on the job site to get their advice, exchange ideas, & get an estimate on the cost of everything.
So if you're looking to hire someone for your latest construction needs?
Make the Only Choice.... The Right Choice!........ You'll be very thankful
& satisfied that you did!
I know WE are!

Tom is the rudest person I have met besides the cashier at McDonald's. If I could give him 0 stars.....I would.Tried to show him where the foundation problem was, what I was experiencing and he said he wasn't going there to look (can see from side of deck the issue), I should put a new piece of ply-wood up, it's a insulation problem, walked away stating he can't do the job. This all took place in a matter of less than 2 minutes. No explanation why or what can be done besides putting new ply-wood over the 6 foot gap in my foundation. I have other issues going on and he did not even look at to give me quote.

Right Choice was the right choice for my renovation project! They tore down a wall to expand my kitchen and added a half bath and pantry! Their design concept works perfectly in my space - it makes me smile every time I walk into my house! They set a timeline and stuck to it- also they were very respectful in both cleaning up during the work and in responding to my (many) questions along the way! I highly recommend Right Choice and would definitely use them again!

Right Choice is definitely the right choice for all your contracting needs. Alex and his dad Tom work together to provide the best service to get the work done right and within a timely manner!!! They communicated and kept me updated on each phase of my project. They care about the service they provide and it shows in their work. They went up and beyond to meet my expectations on my remodel. Good contractors are hard to come by. I highly recommended Right Choice Contractors. Looking forward to working with them on my future projects!!

Great Service! They stand by their product and are experts in the field. I highly recommend!

Terrific team installed our PowerWall. Very responsive company with high quality employees. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved working with these folks! Helpful along every step of the way, especially in understanding the value and opportunity for solar with our home. Cannot recommend them enough!

Great experience. Very professional and courteous.
I left my house to them while at work and everything went really well. Very dependable and responsive.
Work with your schedule and totally trustworthy

Third Sun is an awesome company to work with! They helped us plan the right size array and the best place to put it. They installed right on schedule and have been available for any questions. I recommend them highly!

We just had our solar installed today by Third Sun. The crew was simply amazing. They answered all my questions (my Spousal Unit knows WAY more than I do) and were so kind and hard-working.
We knew, because we had 25 panels installed, that it would take them 2 days and it did. We are excited to finally have solar and we really hope that more residences will get solar. The gentlemen seemed to really care about our project too.
I think we're one of the first houses in our area to get solar so we're pretty excited about it and the savings we'll get.
I know some of the bigger solar companies want to get into commercial work and I really hope that Third Sun keeps on striving for residential installations.
Would definitely recommend.

I have had Solar Panels on my roof for 3 years now. Third Solar Sun was very professional installing them and helping me get the legal documentation required to collect solar power. My electric bills have been positively affected, reducing my monthly electric bill. I also receive payments from Knollwood Energy for their sale of my solar units, and I have a tax write-off on my Federal Income taxes On the whole, I highly recommend more people adding solar panels to their homes. .It is not only a good business decision, it is also a benefit to the planet.

The team at 3d Sun designed and installed our rooftop solar system a few years ago. Everyone at 3d Sun is knowledgeable, professional, and so helpful at every step. We've been thoroughly pleased with our system and with the follow up from 3d Sun. At present we are considering a battery storage addition, so of course we turned to 3d Sun. They are on the case, sharing the latest technology and options to meet our needs. They are the BEST!

I have been working with Third Sun Solar for almost a decade. When we in Lorain county organized Lorain county community solar (the first community solar group in OH) we selected Third Sun Solar to be the installer for the group. When my wife and I decided to install another 5 kW of solar at our residence, we chose Third Sun Solar to install the 5kW. The system was installed this week (June 29 and 30, 2020). They were professional: came when they said they would, took all appropriate safety measures like being harnessed with a safety rope when on the roof installing the mounting rails and wore hard hats when on the ground below installation, kept an organized neat site, explained to us what they were doing, completed the job in two days as they said they would, and left the site as it was when they arrived.

Third Sun is just great. From the highest in the chain to the guys that did the install.everyone was nice, responsive, professional and patient during the entire process. I had a few special questions about my install and they had their engineers consider and respond. The install looks great and I am very excited. Props to EVERYONE at Third Sun. If solar is an option for you I cannot imagine a better company.

We sought out Third Sun Solar after reading an article in the Plain Dealer that highlighted their experience and professionalism. Dave Zelasky came out to assess our situation and explain how it would work. He gave us a straightforward presentation and answered all our questions. The company has followed through with communication, letting us know what to expect at every step. We are very happy with the panels they installed. Our only advice to others would be to replace the roof before you install the panels, but we wanted to take advantage of the tax rebate before the time ran out. They have monitoring software that shows the solar output for each day, and it's been interesting to see how much energy we are producing with our panels, which has reduced our reliance on the grid and lowered our electric bills. Several of our neighbors have commented on how nice the panels look. They also ask about the savings. We had to get permission from our HOA to proceed, and Third Sun's proposal was helpful in obtaining that. We are satisfied with the results and recommend this company highly.
