Do not, I repeat do not have Cathy’s Plumbing do any work for you. She does not return calls. Absolutely refused to come and look at the backflow valve that was installed that was not working which her people installed at my home. Would not return my calls absolutely no return calls at all. Do not use this company. Very poor professionalism and work ethics.

I called to have a bathroom sink pipe connected to the wall drain. They promptly got back to me with their pricing, which was very competitive with two others that I contacted (and about 3 others that never replied in any form!). The appointment was within a few days of my call, which was nice. The person arrived and introduced himself in a friendly way. He took a look at the sink and told me what needed to be done. It was actually a bit more complex then the norm because the wall drain was higher than it should have been. He completed the work expeditiously and showed/explained what he did. The piping was 1st rate and has held-up perfectly (nine days after). I waited for a solid week to ensure that everything was fine, so I could include that in the review. This company is now my "go to" plumbing provider.

Had a water pipe repaired, and a utility sink installed. Plumber was very friendly and explained exactly what he had to do and showed me when the work was done. Cathy was also very nice on the phone..Wish that the service call fee was waived when they preform the work, but it wont prevent me from calling again if i need service

I have always been happy with Cathy Geary Plumbing. Cathy is HONEST with her service and recommendations. Her plumbers (especially Jimmy) are knowledgeable & helpful. I just moved 20 miles away from Wadsworth & still call Cathy. We ran into a problem and Jimmy figured a way around it that saved us money. Highly recommend!

We have used Cathy Geary for 15 years and our experience has been absolutely great. Her guys are totally professional, quiet and efficient and never leave anything for me to clean up. More than once I have had an emergency and she got someone out to handle it very quickly - once on a Friday night.

I purchased my home 5 years ago in Wadsworth. I have used Cathy Geary Plumbing to install a waterline to my fridge, gas line in my home, and other misc plumbing fixes around the house. The work is ALWAYS quality, done well and so far never leaks. Jimmy one of her workers is also very courteous, punctual, helpful, willing to answer questions, explain things, and even will fix things you have called them for in a manner that will address other issues that he see's coming if it impacts the work he is already doing. i.e., he was fixing a leak for me and saw two more about to happen that were in line with what he was fixing, so he adjusted his initial plan to make sure those were addressed as well (AND WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE).. I did Construction myself for 15 years and Cathy and her team have always been some of the hard-to-find honest hard working folks out there. Plumbing was never my forte and Cathy is my go-to when I need plumbing done. Thank you, Cathy and Team, for always doing me right! I have seen some negative reviews on here and my guess is everyone had a bad day now and again, but the reviews I have seen have not been my experience and if they ever were or are I will share, but Cathy and her whole team have bent over backwards and always came through for me even in a pinch...

Hands down best plumber in Wadsworth! Professional, experienced and very fair pricing. They just replaced all our PVC with PEX and I was pleased they used a brand that was white instead of the red/blue. Love supporting local businesses and this one is a gem! Respectful and treated us the way a good neighbor should.

Very responsive. Not thrilled with them entering my house and walking on my light beige carpet WITHOUT booties and ruiing my carpet. Plumber was quick and efficient and patient in explaining the problem and remedies. His assistant...not so much. And look what he did to my carpet....yes that BLACK streak.

I had a clogged toilet and called this morning since it is my only one. Cathy called right back and a service technician was at my house within 15 min. He was there about 10 minutes and I'm back in business!

Jimmy and his associate were very helpful and got the job done quick and efficiently. Would recommend to anyone for plumbing needs. They were able to get people over in a timely manner and they were great about explaining and getting the problem solved quickly. Thank you for the great work would use them again.

Called them around 7pm on a Saturday because of a basement floor drain backing up. They were at my house within a half hour of me calling. Both gentlemen were friendly and polite. They got right to work to take care of our issue and in no time had it fixed. After my experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My son-in-law had clogged kitchen drain and his family was in quarantine with the corona virus and 6 month pregnant wife in Hospital with the virus. Chuck came all the way out to their home and was so kind to tell my son-in-law what to do to unclog it from outside, free of charge. It was such an act of kindness that meant sooo much at a real time of need. God bless you Chuck

Chuck was available immediately but because I work daily 9-5 we scheduled for 6pm the very next day. Chuck was early and very polite! I needed my drain in my tub unclogged as it was NOT draining at all, also had a new shower head for him to install and he did both at such an amazing price! He was done in a half hour!!

I will definitely keep his number in my phone for all of my plumbing needs! Thank you so much Chuck!!!! One very happy customer here!!!
