Dan drove an hour to our house on a Saturday to fix our furnace. We called several local companies and none were able to help. Thank you D&D for being there! I highly recommend using this guy!! He's fair and great at what he does!

We had an issue with our air conditioning and had Gene's out to look at it 2 years ago. They told us that it would eventually need a new A coil and line set. Which would cost us $2000. Fast forward to this year. I called Dan to get a quote and diagnose the problem with our AC. He fixed it in 10 minutes and charged us a phenomenal rate! SUPER impressed with his honesty and his work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our air conditioning stopped working on a 90 degree day, I called D&D heating and cooling and Dan came over within the hour. He was fair, honest, friendly and local! I highly recommend him and will continue to use in the future!

Called D & D one evening when our furnace stopped working. He was at our house within a half hour. After diagnosing the problem, we decided that it was best to replace our ancient furnace rather then fix it. But, he was able to get it up and running well enough to get us through until a new one could be installed. All at no charge! He returned and installed a new furnace at a very good price. Great work. Very professional. Extremely personable. We will be going with D & D for all HVAC service in the future!!!

Called Dan to come look at our furnace that was not working and he was here to repair it in less than an hour. He got us fixed up quickly at a fair price. I will definitely use his company again and share his contact info with family and friends. Thanks for a great experience! 👍

Brian was on time, diagnosed our heating issue as needing a new gas valve. He told us there was one at the shop and he returned not only with the gas valve, but had an air filter with him and he did the system maintenance as well as replacing the valve. Brian was efficient, polite and knowledgeable.

Mark was here on time and did a great job as usual. I feel confident that my furnace is running at it’s best. Peace of mind is underrated!

Dee’s Heating and Cooling were quick to respond and quickly got someone out to our house the same day to help repair our AC - which of course broke on the hottest day of the year. Our technician Brian was kind, thorough, and did a nice job of explaining the problem. Would recommend!

Mike and crew at Dee’s HVAC did a great job installing a full furnace, AC, and ERV system in my home. Their pricing was fair, and the installers were polite, very skilled and very hard working. Mike, the owner, always returned calls promptly, was great to work with and made the process very easy and straightforward. The technician was very nice. It just seemed like he was trying to sell us a new system. He told us that the refrigerant was low and it would cost $300 to add coolant to the system. We thought that it was a little too high.

Dee’s was able to solve an A/C problem in 3 hours (from initial contact to job completion) that another local company had been working on for 2 days. We were dying in the Ohio heat and our house was at 85 degrees with two big inside dogs panting and breathing so heavily! He saved the day! My first time using Dee's. New furnace installation. Excellent job done. They did what they quoted for the price they quoted and got it done when they said they would do it. They were easy to work with and I would definitely recommend them.

Our furnace failed last year. The original installing company’s repairman told me that it needed replaced soon because some parts were almost rusted out. Our air conditioner failed a few days ago. Dee's came to my house to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate. They said that our system was only 14 years old, should last at least 20 years, and that even if the heater parts rusted out, replacing them would be much less expensive than replacing the whole furnace. They told me the fan motor on the AC needed replaced and gave me a ballpark estimate for fixing it. I was impressed that they told me the best plan in terms of my needs, not their potential profit. They acted with integrity, and I heartily recommend them.

Mark was at my home to do my furnace check up. He is excellent and a HUGE asset to the company. I highly recommend Mark or Jr to anyone
