My hot water tank broke and I had used Dee’s before last year for a new furnace. I had fast and excellent customer service with the furnace last year and they did it again with the water tank. They came out the very next day and installed a new one. They provide top class communication and everyone I’ve dealt with at Dee’s is professional and polite. Highly recommend their services!

Mike came out on a Sunday night, and then was able to have my AC replaced by Wednesday. He came with the guys Wednesday morning just to make sure I was comfortable and everyone knew where everything was. Mark and Andrew were fantastic, friendly and did a great job. I never want to have a problem with my heating and cooling, but it's great to know their company is close and reliable!

Dee's Heating & Cooling provided great service when our HVAC system went down. They were able to come out quickly, got our unit working again and were very thorough. Thanks!

Marc did a great job installing my new air scrubber. He was respectful and personable. Was quick on the job and made sure to clean up afterwards to leave it as if he wasn’t there. Would highly recommend!

Mark was here maybe an hour and had my furnace back to 100%. He even stayed to make sure my temperature was coming up and he checked all my registers. I called around 10 am this morning and he was here before 2. I am very pleased and Dee's will be who I call anytime I have heat or cooling problems.

"Little" Marc came out today to get some heat in our cold house. He was great and we now have a warm house. Marc was on time, and very informative as he solved our concerns. We are glad we called "Dee's" and signed up for a maintence contract for 2026. We recommend Dee's Heating and Cooling and I would suggest you ask for 'Little' Marc.

We have our furnace serviced every year before winter. Mark did a wonderful job. He is professional and was very informative. I highly recommend Dee’s Heating and Cooling.

If you have ANY heating and/or cooling needs, choose Dee's. I have an old fuel oil boiler for my passive baseboard heating system. It would fire up but was not pumping heat through my pipes. Mike and Mark came out to diagnose the issue and, after cleaning and tuning up my system, found that my control unit was bad. They got the correct part ordered and installed. Feels nice to have working heat again. Thank you!

My furnace went out over the weekend so I called Dee’s heating and cooling and they sent over a great technician named Mark he was at my house earlier then expected he did everything he could to get my furnace running and after two days of hard work we determined the unit wasn’t salvageable but they was able to get me a brand new unit and installed the next day they have some of the best customer service I’ve seen out of all the hvac companies I previously use I would recommend Dee’s heating and cooling over anyone in summit county!!! THANKS YOU MARK YOU ARE A LIFESAVER!!!

Hated to call late on a Friday but Andrew made it seem like a non issue which was great. Very nice and knowledgeable kept me informed on what he was doing and got our furnace back up and running quickly. Highly recommend them as I’ll be using them for repairs and services in the future. After several companies failed to respond I contacted Dee's heating. Their response was immediate. Within less than 2 hrs a technician was at our home. The Young man was quite knowledgeable and extremely professional. In a timely manner he corrected our furnace issue. The price for his services was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

It was one of the coldest nights in December and my heat went out. I went online and found that Dee's is open 24 hours, I give them a call and Marc Franks came within 2 hours. Marc was very knowledgeable, polite and understanding. He pin pointed the problem right away, and had the heat back and running within an hour. I am so grateful for Dee's and Marc thank you so much, you guys are awesome, I highly recommend Dee's

Our heat went out Saturday evening around 8pm. After trying to fix it ourselves and being unable, we had to find someone to help. We called several places that either couldn’t come until Monday or had no idea when the on call technician would be able to help us. Dee’s answered fast and gave us an ETA that night. They were on top of it the entire time and when it was found out they couldn’t install our new furnace until Monday morning, they stopped by Sunday and gave us space heaters to use in the meantime. Very professional, kind and quick to get things taken care! Will definitely be remembering them for any future heating and cooling needs!

Marc came out on a Sunday to diagnose the issue with our heat and we could not be happier with the service we received. He was very friendly and explained everything so we could understand it. We will be switching from another service provider to using Dee’s exclusively because of the excellent service we had today.
