Absolutely amazing. I called another place they sent out a saleman instead of a technician would have to make another appointment for repairs. I called Fuson at 4:30 we were all finished around 5:45. Had the parts on hand. Quick. Knowledgeable. And FAIR. 10/10 WILL RECOMMEND. Thank you so much I was sleeping on the couch all week to keep cool!!

I would highly recommend Fuson Heating. After another local HVAC company suggested I needed to replace my furnace because there was a crack in the heat exchanger, I was calling around to compare prices and fortunately Fuson was one of the places that I called. They informed me that my heat exchanger was almost certainly under warranty (I had asked the original company about that and was told that there would be no warranty available), and that they could replace just that part instead of the whole furnace for about 1/5 of the cost. In addition, when he came out to do the repair he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of my questions.

Awesome service! I called because my A/C wasn't running. I called at 8:40PM the Saturday before Memorial Day. The serviceman was here before 9:00PM, very polite and professional, and had my A/C running in less than 15 minutes! And the price was cheap! I would recommend them to anybody, and I would never hesitate to call them!

Greg installed a new furnace for me and his service was wonderful. Quick and easy, great product and a great price! Highly recommend him for any HVAC service.

Fuson Heating & Air Conditioning came out and repaired my furnace from initial call to completion within 2 hours.. Before the temp could even drop ten degrees in the house! Their price was 50% of competitors.. no emergency fee, etc. this sounds like an advertisement but I’m truly very impressed with this company. Happy new year.

They came out last week very quickly when my furnace quit working and fixed it for a very reasonable price. They then came back out a few days later when we were hit with a snow storm and cleared out my clogged vent and didn’t even charge me. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Such a nice business! Called them on the day after Christmas which was a Sunday at 8pm. Was at my house in 30 minutes. Blower motor was done! I thought the worst. $390 that was the total! I was so relieved! My heat was back up and running in 30 minutes! I will never call another company!

Another satisfied customer here. I called. He was free and said he could come over in half an hour. Came over and fixed my issue in less than a half hour. Reasonably priced with excellent service. You cannot go wrong giving Fuson a call.

Greg is polite, prompt, courteous and does fantastic work. We got our ac/furn from him 3 years ago. He did a great job then. He did a service call today. Awesome company.

Greg saved the day. My regular highly advertised boiler repair company had a 6 day backlog just to look at it. Greg was out the same day and arrived within 2 hours. The motor was frozen and just needed some cleaning and lubrication. There was no high pressure salesmanship to replace the motor. I was the one who inquired about replacement because I was concerned with the integrity of the motor and with my luck it would break during a prolonged cold snap. Greg was able to find the motor and be out the next day after receiving it. The total job will be completed before the appointment I had with the other company. The service call price is so very reasonable that the money I save over time will pay for the new motor.

Ok. This guy just left my house so I had to immediately leave a review. Fabulous service. Simple fix. Literally less than 10 minutes in my house. Cost? Absolutely minimal. By all means. If you need furnace work, call this guy. Will be 1st person I call next and EVERY time. Definitely a company that has customer service as top priority. Thank you.

I oil furnace wasn't firing up and staying on and of course it's freaking cold out so I had to contact someone to come fix it. I called three other places and they are absolutely outrageous in pricing just to come look at it. The last place I called was Fusion Heating and Air Conditioning and MAN, was I glad I did!!! The service call was inexpensive and the owner himself came out to my house the next day in the morning, took roughly 20 minutes and had my furnace firing like nothing was ever wrong with it. All in all, $129 out the door and I'm one HAPPY GIRL!!! Thank you so much for your assistance, friendliness, not pressuring me to by a new furnace (nothing was ever mentioned) prompt response, doable pricing and not making me feel like an idiot. :)

Gregg (the owner) was very kind. Easy to work with and great to talk to. He was very professional and timely. He showed up my house less than 20 minutes after speaking with him and had my furnace up and running again in under 30 minutes. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I Feel I should put it out there to people that rely on reviews. Greg is very responsive to getting back to your calls, and is very thorough in his work. He doesn't charge anything that is not needed which is a real blessing in my book. I have worked with service people for some time and he is on my list as a good person to deal with.

My AC broke during a hot summer night, and Greg was out promptly the following morning. He completed troubleshooting, and he was really patient with me watching him and asking questions. Greg is extremely professional, and best of all kind. I had a great experience, and I highly recommend this company.

Edit: And on the coldest day of the year, my furnace decided to stop working. I called up Greg again and he was out quickly and got my system working again for a great rate. I'm a very happy repeat customer, and I'll continue to use this company. Thanks again Greg, you saved the day!

Like everyone else has said, Greg is awesome. He's a seasoned veteran in the HVAC business and gladly differentiates between truth and scam that some other companies will try to sell you on. Unfortunately, there are far too many HVAC contractors who have long ago stopped practicing the Golden Rule of serving others like they would want to be served in the pursuit of profits. Greg is like a breath of fresh air in comparison and full of integrity.

We have a private natural gas well and the nature of that is that it tends to burn hotter & dirtier than conventional natural gas would. Unfortunately, this tends to cause issues with furnace heat exchangers and our 9-year old Carrier unit was no exception to this. I met with 3 different companies before deciding what to do. The first was trying to sell a new furnace before the cover on the furnace was off. The second one was willing to replace, but I wasn't sold on the junior level tech that came out. After meeting Greg I knew he was the perfect man for the job and that there wouldn't be anything he couldn't easily tackle. I've added Greg's # to my phone and I'm sure we'll be working together again soon to get some maintenance items done! Thanks again!!

I own a pizza shop in town and contacted fusion to replace some hood belts. On time and reasonable. A couple weeks later I noticed my cooler wasn’t holding temp and called Greg at 4 pm expecting he’d come out the next day. Nope, he’s like “I’m on my way”. Excellent service.

Greg was awesome! Everyone else that came out over the past few years told me my furnace needed replaced! I put a new thermostat in and there was a fine adjustment that the directions didn't mention! He changed it, it works fine and he didn't even charge me! When I do replace it, I'm definitely calling Greg!

We have used Fuson heating for two separate issues now and we will always use him! Greg fixed our very old air conditioner multiple times and then when we were ready to replace it, he was there to help. Now, 3 years later, we needed our furnace checked and fixed as we had no heat.
