Kimmel is the best. Fast, friendly, professional service. I have worked with many vendors in the past. They simply get it. The questions they ask and diagnosis leads to fixing the problem. I’ve worked with companies that want to overcharge and not do what Kimmel does. The technicians are well trained, and personable.

Tech removed HVAC tape and screws and this is how it was put back together. Air is flowing out of the hole, this is not a company I would recommend or have back at our home.

Technician was polite. Gas company had shut off gas to boiler due to high CO. Tech checked for obstructions, said all was fine, and relit the boiler. Concerned, we called another company, found CO to be high, and replaced defective parts. Seems tech lacked basic problem solving skills. Then Kimmel sent me this link requesting a review. Kimmel is and always has been awesome service provider for all our HVAC needs at our log cabin home. They are prompt (especially during these below zero days), efficient, knowledgable and reasonable prices.

Then I called them the other day with an unusual request.
I recently bought a ventless gas, log stove for our downstairs apartment.
I tried to assemble it myself and after 3-4 hours ended up with dozens of parts pieces screws wires laying all over the place. What a mess!! I was way over my head.

I called with an unusual request to please come and help me put this together.
Alex, the technician walked in today and looked at my mess of parts and said I’ve never done anything like this before. I said well you’re a smart guy you fix lots of furnaces and water heaters. I believe that you can tackle this with your fine mind and get it across the line.
He said Yep, I’ll give it a go.
Two hours later all the screws were in all the wires were connected. The logs were assembled. The parts in pieces were put back and the switches were turned on. All the instructions were carefully read. He even went to Home Depot and bought parts and pieces for the gas line and connected it all according to code.
And look at this a perfectly working ventless gas log stove in our basement.
Alex is a super technician and Kimmel as awesome for sending him to us to solve our problem.
Kimmel is the only place to go.
