My two year old A/C Unit went out Saturday night. Monday morning at 6:30 I placed a call into Thompson Heating and Cooling. They came out at 9:15am. They had to order two parts, had them overnighted and said it would probably be Wednesday or Thursday until they could fix it.
The parts arrived today and the AC was fixed by 2:00. What great response time and Customer service. Highly recommend this company.

Our furnace stopped working on a very cold Saturday afternoon. We were worried we wouldn't get someone out until Monday. I gave Thompson's a call. Within a half an hour we had a technician, with the right part, fixing our furnace. I would not hesitate to call them again if we need their services.

Both technicians were very nice & respectful of my house, they laid down tarps every where they walked & explained all they were going to do, this is my 2nd time using Thompson & I would suggest them to anyone in need of a furnace, good work guys, Marie Yancey 👍

Set to comfort, yeah right. I paid 100 dollars for them to look at my furnace to find out they really don't work on mobile home furnace. Also my air temp coming is 116, it's suppose to be between 140 to 170. My gas psi is 2.9, it's suppose to be between 3.2 to 3.5. Didn't find all this out until after they left. If u have a mobile home you might want to try another place. Don't waste your money.

We had a problem with our furnace. Called Thompson to have them take a look at it. Tim, our tech, was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part we needed. Great company to do business with!

I scheduled Thompson Heating to come out and check my furnace. When they came they checked things and then said I have no idea the problem just keep running it till it totally quits and then I'll find the problem. Wow! Wow! The reviews that are listed have to be paid for or family because the service sucks. I wish I had done more homework before calling them. Don't make the same mistake I did. And their go to is we can't find u in our records it must have been a different company. Keep better records!!

Our air conditioning unit went out. We knew we would be replacing the old unit from the time we purchased this house. They came out, explained the situation to us, and a new air conditioning unit and heating system was installed in about 10 days! What a great company to do business with. We have been very pleased.

Very professional! Would recommend this company to anyone who is in need. I called late in the evening and the technician was here and fixed my furnace within a couple hours. Was explained my options for my future furnace replacement. Awesome service. 5 stars!!!

I just wanted to thank the technician Nate for his kindness and all the great work he did for us. I needed several services from Thompson Heating and Cooling and I could not be happier I chose them for this work. They explained everything they did ,answered all my questions, called when they were on their way, and even the people answering the telephones were so polite. I want to thank Nate again and I would not hesitate to call them when I need more work done!!!

Called Thompson last Wednesday because I needed furnace repair, and the guy I had been trying to get out for almost 2 weeks was giving me the runaround. They explained that they wouldn't be able to come out that week but put me on the first call today (Monday morning). The tech Tom arrived close to the early time of the waiting window (9-11 am) and diagnosed the problem ( bad igniter) quickly. He had the part on the truck so I didn't have to wait for the part to arrive back from the shop. You can tell they have done this for a while and care about their customers. I won't hesitate to call Thompson again for any future needs.

I was very impressed with the way they handled business. To the person scheduling my appointment, to the men coming out to my home. I had no heat an they came and took care of me same day and got my heat working in no time! The person that came was very polite and helped me understand what the issue was. I will be calling thompson from here on out to take care of my furnace and air conditioning.👍🏽

My A/C motor died on me last week. Nate from Thompson Heating was there within 3 days. He took about 10 mins diagnosing the problem instead of just believing me on the issue (that's a good thing because I'm NOT an expert.) He then agreed that my bearings in my motor were bad. He had a motor in his truck and replaced it within 25 mins. He was extremely polite, professional, and even told me some interesting stories of things he has seen in his years of home visits, all while replacing my motor. Price was reasonable too. I will definitely use them again.

They were absolutely fantastic! Quality equipment with great technicians to install it. They were very courteous on the phone, during the estimation process and through the installation. They did a very neat job. Glad we chose Thompson and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I were very impressed with the quick, professional, and accurate service that we received today when our furnace went out this cold morning. It was a second opinion after the first well known company informed us that we needed a whole new furnace. Thankfully we did not need it. We were very misinformed and misled. Tim, service tech, was very informative, competent, and efficient in his service at our house. We couldn't be more pleased and appreciative! You have our business when needed in the future and will pass along to all family/friends as well.

Thompson Heating and Cooling was very attentive in our time of need when our furnace failed during one of the coldest days. We called the emergency hotline and within the hour we had Tim Whitlow at our house who assessed the issue and we came to the realization that I needed a new furnace. He provided multiple heaters for our family to keep us warm until he could have guys out to us in the morning to install the new furnace. The recognition of me being a veteran was appreciated and I was given a military discount to help out which in turn I made the decision to upgrade my air conditioning unit as well. The installers both Hank and Dan were very prompt and on time and arrived at my house first thing in the morning ready to go. They placed drop cloths in their walking areas to the furnace to keep my carpets clean and dry. They were professional, kind, and worked in harmony to complete the install successfully. I would highly recommend this company and the installers to anyone needing assistance with their furnace or a replacement and if you are in an emergency situation they were readily available to help. I was impressed to hear from the office the next day after completion to let me know they are going to register my unit.Thank you Thompson Heating and Cooling for exceeding my expectations and being there for myself and family.
