This is the best company around when it comes to irrigation! The office staff is very Helpful, the service techs are prompt and complete with there work, as well as making sure the homeowner knows what is going on with there system.

Very, capable, fair team. Never made me feel dumb for asking questions and they stand by their work. I recommend them to all my new neighbors

I had a great experience. I had a patio installed and had to have a sprinkler heads moved. They came out and did it right away. Highly recommend!

I had to move a couple of sprinkler heads for a hot tub and Nike took care of it extremely fast. We use Waterville irrigation all the time. Great to work with!

Wife reached out to the company regarding Sprinkler Maintenance and winterization however when asked if they could blow out the lines unfortunately met with rude response in condescending tone of “you mean winterization?”. Followed by “we’re not taking new customers.” Will look elsewhere for our irrigation maintenance and landscaping at our new home in the Whitehouse area.

Horrible customer service. When installing sprinkler system they damaged our brand new fence. I spoke with a supervisor and he told me “I shouldn’t be upset with them breaking my fence”. I was also charged for services they didn’t perform. Lady in office Hang the phone up when I asked to talk with supervisor I have never encounter this much bad customer service in my life.

Nick and team are quality professionals who communicate excellently. They installed our irrigation at our new home build exactly as expected and did a high quality job. I look forward to using them in the future for all of our irrigation maintenance needs.

We were having difficulty getting in contact with another landscaping service that we had previously hired for an installation. We decided we should get another estimate in case the worst happened and we were left with no installation. We called Waterville Irrigation and spoke with Nick. Told him the story and he came out to give us an estimate. Nick was punctual, professional and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond in helping us out! In the end we went with the other company, mainly because we were next in line for an install. Thank you Nick for all of the info. We really appreciate your time and effort! Nick and the crew at Waterville Irrigation have been wonderful to work with. Always responsive and laid out an irrigation system in my new build house that met my needs (flower beds, etc). I was traveling for work in the fall when unexpected freeze was forecasted and Nick proactively reached out to see if a tech could come shut off the system. It saved me any damage - so thankful! This is my first spring and some rotter heads and irrigation boxes and rose in the ground from the freeze - again, the techs were great and lowered back down to level to safely mow. Highly recommend Waterville Irrigation!

Waterville Irrigation installed a lawn sprinkler system for our new home over two years ago. From the start of the process Waterville Irrigation was very helpful with suggestions for the best design for the yard while being budget conscious. Since the system has worked without issue. In addition, we have had them winterize our system and brought the system back on line without problems. Most importantly, Nick and the entire Waterville Irrigation crew have always been very helpful answering questions (i.e. watering scheme as the yard matures) and assisting in homeowners, like us, learn the system over time. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them!

Fantastic company!! Jim and his employees are all very friendly and professional! They installed our system for our new build 4 years ago and then rerouted some of it when we decided to put in a pool. They are always available if an issue arises or if you need a simple adjustment.

Nick and his team have been fantastic! Our lawn was recently seeded along with many close neighbors...our lawn is much further along as a result of the system Waterville Irrigation put in. They are timely, professional & extremely knowledgeable. I have been working with Nick and his team for the past several years. They are friendly, easy to work with, punctual, and a great value! One of the years they were out they even helped me mark all the heads prior to aeration. I was totally unprepared, but they gave me flags and helped make sure I didn't end up with a busted sprinkler head. They are the only call I make when it comes to irrigation needs!
