Reviews of local pros in Waterville, Ohio

Great company! Building our first house we had a lot of questions. Nick was honest, and up front with everything. Very professional staff who always showed on time, and when they said they would. Being our first house we changed our minds a few times about layout, and location of heads. Nick was always patient with us, and would come out to talk about our plans. I can not recommend this company enough!

Nick was very responsive and communicated well. He went above and beyond for us. The crew worked efficiently and did a great job. They installed the system in a very timely matter. Nick has been available to answer any questions we have had. I would highly recommend Nick and Waterville Irrigation.

Nick and his team delivered exceptional service, maintaining a clean work environment and providing clear explanations at every stage. We highly recommend their professional services.

Excellent! They came when they said they would, worked hard to install a 10 zone system with 4 to 10 sprinkler heads per zone. Install done in two days, ground replaced and area seeded. The new grass grew very well.

Our neighbors comment on how great out yard looked just a week after the new sprinkler system!

Waterville Irrigation has been wonderful to work with. The entire process---from our initial estimate to post-installation---has been seamless. Nick and his crew are professional, prompt, accommodating, and accessible. I'm giving a 5 star review because they absolutely earned it!

Nick and the staff are amazing to work with. We had an old system removed and upgraded for a backyard renovation and they were so patient with the delays we’ve had from other contractors and were so quick to jump in a reinstall at a moments notice. Nick even spent extra time teaching us the new system technology. 10/10 for this local business!!

Nick and his team did an outstanding job! From the moment we called him, he was on top of it. Fair pricing, and quick turnaround.

We couldn’t be happier.

Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend this company for any and all irrigation needs. They are professional, reliable, and quick with their communication. We have been very happy with their work!

We’ve had great experience and customer service from Nick and Waterville Irrigation. They installed our system 2 years ago and have been a great resource to help with questions and ongoing service of our system. We recently needed some sprinklers moved when we added a patio, and Nick met us and talked through different options and was available when the patio was completed to come out and help move the sprinkler heads. Exceptional customer service and very responsive.

The team at Waterville Irrigation is first class! We had a rather large project and needed to have some irrigation lines dug up and moved. They were able to quickly get us on their schedule, even though it was the end of the season.

Work was tremendous and they left the area cleaner than they found it. I really appreciate their professionalism and communication.

We’ve had a great experience working with Waterville Irrigation over the past two years. They installed our new system when we built our home and continue to winterize the system each year.

They are extremely responsive if we need any adjustments. And they were able to come out quickly when we recently needed some sprinklers removed for our patio extension.

Nick is very knowledgeable and helpful whenever we have questions. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Waterville Irrigation! They put our system in and have serviced our irrigation system for the last two years. Also, they happened to be working in our neighborhood when I hit a head and they came right over and fixed it! Can’t say enough good things about this company.

Hands down 5 stars! Nick and his crew were great to work with and did a beautiful job installing our irrigation system. They got the entire job done in just over a day. Nick was very responsive and answered all of our questions throughout the whole process. He came out following installation and explained everything to us in great detail. Great company to work with!

Waterville Landscaping and Irrigation completed my home irrigation system with satisfactory results. Nick and his crew are always available to answer questions and address any issues in a timely manner. They are professional and courteous. I would recommend them to any of my neighbors, friends and family.

I had a great experience with Waterville Irrigation! Jackie took my call and quickly got an appointment scheduled. Ted and Scott showed up early, helped diagnose the issue, and were friendly and helpful throughout. They even took the time to help me adjust the settings on my system to better fit my watering schedule and save money. It’s rare to get this level of service — I really appreciated their honesty, efficiency, and expertise. Thank you!

We highly recommend! We have just completed a three year construction and sadly, most of the OTHER contractors were unreliable, unprofessional, over priced, or all of the above. Our home build was extremely unique and we are on 5 developed acres. Waterville Irrigation was FANTASTIC! Nick and his crew were amazing, flexible, and checked all of the positive boxes. There are choices out there and I recommend this company 100%.

Waterville Irrigation just recently installed an 11 zone system at my house and did a wonderful job from start to end. They were on time and communicated very well with us the entire time. After installation service was also good when the need arose. Nick has been great to deal with and would highly recommend using Waterville Irrigation for all your irrigation needs. Great job and thank you!
