I called late in the afternoon to have my refrigerator serviced. They were able to give me an appointment the next morning. The repair tech was great. He was very knowledgeable about or GE refrigerator. He was able to repair it quickly and didn't overcharge for the parts and labor. I would highly recommend Rippe Brothers for your appliance repair.

Outstanding response time. I called around 9:00 am, and had a tech at my door a little after 10:00! While the refrigerator wasn’t able to be fixed (part had to be ordered, and it wasn’t worth the money to repair it), I would absolutely recommend this company. Mike did his best to set me up with a temporary solution, but the fridge was too far gone. Thanks for trying, and thank you for the lightning fast service! I’ve never seen anything like it!

Excellent service from Mike, who was right on time even with the big snow.
Mike replaced the control board in an LG oven. Unfortunately, it has only a 3 month warranty which we were not aware of at the time we ordered the replacement. I only mention this because it would have been good to know earlier so we could have considered buying a new oven instead of spending close to $300 to repair the old one. It would be really good customer service for Rippe to do this in the future.

I’ve used their services twice once for a warm fridge in 2023 then for another appliance in Oct, 2024. They were honest about not servicing one item that wasn’t worth repairing. Personable, knows their craft, reasonably priced. Very professional, on-time, friendly, convenient. Call them today!

Just had the pleasure of working with Rippe Brothers when they came out yesterday to fix my dryer. Quick and easy to set up a time for them to come out and I thought the work was affordable. 5 stars. Would use their services again in a heartbeat.

We dropped off our Magic Chef wine cooler to Rippe about 5 months ago. They have never called up with an update in over 5 months. Every time we call, we are told that our part is on back order. We actually wrote down the part number and called the manufacturer ourselves and were told that the part was never on back order and it was available for over night shipping. That was months ago. I called Rippe again today and now I'm being told, "oh sorry, we had the wrong part the first time. The part you actually need truly is on back order." I know they are lying so I asked for the name and phone number of the owner so I could inform the owner of how we have been treated and I was told that I may not speak with an owner. I was told that the office manager will call me and that's the best we are going to get. I'm not holding my breath as I guarantee that I will never hear from "said office manager." Rippe is a listed as a preferred repair shop on the Magic Chef website. I have asked Magic Chef to remove Rippe from their list. Magic Chef definitely does not want to be referring people to Rippe. It's been over 5 months and we still don't have any resolution to our simple wine cooler repair and everytime we call, we just get told the same lie over and over. They are a huge waste of time and every disapointing.

I needed a part to repair my Whirlpool dishwasher. Found it at an online supplier AND Amazon but both would take several days to a week to get to me. Called Rippe Brothers and the sales lady was so helpful (it probably helped that I had the exact part number) and they had it in stock! I was traveling and wouldn't be back to pick it up until after the shop closed on a Saturday (1pm) but she told me they would leave it for me if no one was at the shop when I got there. Turned out the young woman was still there around 2pm and had my part all ready and on the counter waiting for me. I got the part way sooner than I would have if I ordered online...and it was actually a few dollars cheaper at Rippe Brothers! Outstanding customer service. Thank you!

Making an appointment was quick and easy. Unlike another reviewer the lady on the phone was very kind and patient with me, especially since this was the first time I've ever had to make a service appointment. Joe came out and was great. He fixed our refrigerator fan, and overall we felt the service was great with a fair price. We will be repeat (but hopefully not!) customers.

The best! I had a fridge that was dripping through the water dispenser in the door. My tech worked diligently to diagnose and repair the problem even though it wasn’t a cut and dry case. It took 2 visits due to ordering a part, but the repair actually fixed an alternate problem with the ice maker! Highly recommend. Call them!

They're busy, and there's a good reason why. When my washer started leaking, I did my basic troubleshooting and couldn't figure it out. They came in and diagnosed it in about 2 minutes. It took a day or two for the part to come in because I don't have a standard washing machine but as soon as it arrived they fixed it, calibrated the machine and made sure everything was up and running. No run around. Prices were fair and they were super friendly, quick and helpfu,l with a bunch of tips to help me extend the life of my appliances while they were here.

Service was excellent. They fixed my dryer quickly and when I thought there was still an issue, they came back the same day and were kind about it. Highly recommend!

I was thrilled with the service I received, both from the office staff and the technician himself. Ken arrived promptly, carefully listened to my issues with the dryer, worked quickly and efficiently to find out what the problem was and kept me informed about what he found and how he planned to fix it. We have used Rippe Brothers for several different repairs. When your appliances are nearly 30 years old, they start to fail. Every single time the technician arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem. I would use and recommend Rippe Brothers to anyone.

Just had a WONDERFUL experience with Rippe Brothers Appliance Repair! Very impressed with the professionalism of staff, the quick use of emails to notify us when and who was coming. It turns out that our oven needed a new part, and they were able to get the part within 1 day and came out on a Saturday to install. Mike was great with his knowledge and customer service and got the part installed and working in about 20 minutes. We will definitely recommend Rippe for your appliance needs!

I called them on a Friday after another company cancelled on us last minute. I was closing on my home on a Monday and needed my dryer repaired. The girl I spoke with on the phone was very kind and told me she would get someone out Monday to fix it before our closing. They came out on time Monday and fixed the issue. I would use them again, they helped us ASAP when they didn’t have to.

We used Rippe for a repair to our microwave and refrigerator freezer/ice maker. They were professional, on time, and continued to come out until the jobs were complete. They allowed you to make an appointment, and showed up on time or called if there was an issue. Moving into a new house, and having appliances stop working can be a nightmare, but Rippe was top rated. I also want to send a huge thank you to the girls in the office. Dealing with a Home Warranty can be challenging, but the girls made sure we had everything we needed to be reimbursed for the claims. Thank you Rippe Brothers for providing the service advertised, and being the best appliance repair around. We will definitely be calling you again! Maybe sooner than we think!

We had to call them for a repair to our second refrigerator in the garage. Cliff showed up, and diagnosed the issue. Our warranty company needed a detailed quote to approve repairs. Brittany in the office went above and beyond to get them everything they needed. If you are in need a quality work, from a quality company, you can't do better than Rippe Brothers in Mason/West Chester.

My refrigerator icemaker quit working after it had been off for several months while we were away. It took four visits for them to figure out that the water Outlet was frozen. And it took forever for me to get refunded on the icemaker they installed mistakenly. I think they have gone downhill. Used to use them all the time.

Rippe has taken care of our appliances for over 10yrs. They do an excellent job every time. They also always look for the most cost effective way to repair your device to save you money.

Glad I listened to the reviews! Knowledgeable & personable repair person. Our Samsung fridge was leaking water everywhere and not making ice. Fixed both for a very reasonable price. 👌

Craig was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue with our fridge. Based on that alone, I recommend Rippe Brothers. However, I have to dock a star because the price was very high for 30min of labor and a low cost fan.
