My washer stopped working and a gentleman from Rippe Brothers came out to diagnose the issue. He was a nice person, said I needed a new panel board in order for the washer to work. Unfortunately, it was an LG and the part was on back order for almost a month. So I spent 3 and a half weeks going to the laundromat with a large amount of laundry, as we are a family of 5. When he came back to fix it, he realized he had misdiagnosed the problem. The additional parts I needed were going to take another month to come in. I said forget it, and bought a new washer. I asked the company for my money back ($97) from the initial visit due to the fact that he didn’t actually diagnose the issue at that visit. I understand that some issues are hard to find, but it would have been nice if he had told me from the get go that it may be a different issue and being without a washer for a month could actually turn into 2 months. I would have saved myself the trouble and purchased a new washer from the start. Needless to say, they would not offer me the refund. I used A-1 Appliance for my Bosch refrigerator repair that same month and it was a much better experience. Long story long, dont buy an LG and don’t use this company (Rippe Brothers) for appliance repair.

Greg was excellent at describing the problem with my fridge ice maker. He replaced the bad unit quickly and gave me instructions for using the new one. I recommend this company for honest and professional service.

We just snagged a part for our oven today and they were so nice. Cheapest price we could find- I had called to check if it was in stock and they had the part ready for us. Would highly recommend!

They were really helpful in getting me a part pretty quickly. As it turned out, we ended up not needing it, so I drove it back over to their location to process the return. I was told that the person who does that wasn't in, but I felt comfortable leaving the part with them rather than driving all the way back another day. I was told it would be processed upon their return. After following up weeks later, it still wasn't done. The continued attempts aren't worth the $30 but be cautious if you find yourself in a similar situation.

We had to call for our refrigerator. It wasn't the first time we've used Rippe, and they were great! Came out the same day we called, got parts and returned the next day! Sadly, once Greg H. got to it, we needed to buy a new refrigerator, but it wasn't for lack of trying! Greg H. went WAY over and above what is generally expected of repairmen! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

Greg came out the morning after I called and fixed my LG refrigerator. He was incredibly knowledgeable about Lg refrigerators and helped me make an informed decision on whether to spend the money on the repair vs replace the unit. Once I decided on a fix, he had the parts on hand and replaced the compressor in an hour. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with this repair.

Had a great experience with Rippe Brothers Appliance Repair. My GE refrigerator had an issue with the control board and defroster. I read good reviews about their prompt, honest and quality service, which was exactly the service I got with my repair. Greg H was very professional and took the time to explain my issue and what was needed to fix it with a very upfront quote. He also took the time to answer my questions and even suggested other optional fixes to make my fridge work like new.
Greg H was fast and did a great job. The next day, he came back with the replacement parts and my refrigerator is now fixed.
I will definitely recommend Greg and Rippe Brothers Appliances.
