Westin Air has been servicing our HVAC system for a number of years. I’ve always found them to be honest, trustworthy, and never pushy. When our A/C finally died, they offered us a fair price, showed up exactly when they said they would, and demonstrated great care and professionalism in our home. I highly recommend them to everyone!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Westin did a great job. They were prompt and attentive to details. When we had to pause in the middle and make some changes to our HVAC needs, they were patient, and helped us research what would best fit our situation. I will use them again if the opportunity arises.

The Tech got the job done and gave us feedback on the condition of our Furnace. Was patient with us as we are socializing a dog while we kept leashed but she was noisy sometimes. I appreciated the tech being patient with us as we communicated with him and also worked with our dog. Thanks!

My husband and I were so pleased with our entire experience working with this company! We had both A/C and Furnace units installed right before our family came over for Thanksgiving. From our awesome no-pressure salesperson (Cathy), the ease and quickness of scheduling, our amazing installers, the follow up texts to make sure we were satisfied, etc. we were blown away by the professionalism of Westin Air. There are lots of choices when choosing an HVAC company but I would save yourself the time and contact Westin Air first! You will not be disappointed!

Our experience with Westin Air was outstanding, from sales right through installation of a new HVAC system. Professional, friendly, competent, and immaculate, the installers were great to work with. The sales contact at Westin was very responsive to the questions I had when I was evaluating proposals from several HVAC contractors. I'm very satisfied with the installation. The installers paid a lot of attention to details, and everything looks very tidy. In particular, they reworked the PVC vent lines, eliminating low hanging pipes that we used to bang our heads on. They also reworked the plenum above the furnace and some ducts attached to it, to increase headroom in the basement. The inspector even commented to me that we had a high quality installation. The installers are very skilled and conscientious. They were very personable and good communicators. They all seem to enjoy what they do and take a lot of pride in their workmanship. I would highly recommend Westin.

This was a great experience from start to finish! My AC system broke, and Kathy was here within an hour or so to take a look and give me a quote on a couple of options. After some due diligence of getting quotes and recommendations from 3 other companies, I choose Westin Air. Very impressive install. Everything is neat and clean, and I think they left my basement cleaner than they found it! Bottom line is great response, great service, a great system all at a great price!

I had to get an entire package...furnace...AC unit and heat pump unit...Wes came to my house ...seen that the trunk lines were not sufficient for the air flow going to the upstairs, the second story. He came, took pics, and told me exactly what needed to be done in order to keep the upstairs and downstairs the same temperature. When his team arrived, wes was there with em all, explaining to them what needed to be done. Well, the employees were phenomenal, so personable, and respectful. They did absolutely spectacular work! Was clean, respectful, and talked to my wife for i don't know how long...Just a superb job....company....empmoyees...all around 100% from me...I'm sold! They will get my next call 100%

Just incredible experience! From estimates to technicians to install to every person working at Westin Air. Even when my electrician messed up they took care of his mess up. It was so hard to find honest and reasonably priced hvac company. Definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future! Thank you

We are having a Daikin cold climate heat pump with high efficiency furnace backup installed. Westin Air is wonderful to work with, from management to sales rep to the technicians. Very competent, professional, and customer oriented. Due to weather and challenges related to the location of the furnace install, it took longer than expected. The technicians did an admirable job with the furnace, and are scheduled to return for the rest of the work. Will provide update when the project is completed.
Update: The Westin Team came back to complete the installation as scheduled. All went perfectly. We will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you all for the excellent work!

Our experience with Westin Air, Heating, and Cooling was top notch! We have been struggling trying to figure out what is wrong with the AC. Nate the technician was super knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through our system, what was wrong, and the various options to fix it. Will be using Westin, and specifically Nate for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

My questions were answered from the techs that were, aside from the reason of my appointment. I was happy that the issue with my AC was due to an earwig, and that unnecessary, costly work did not need done. The tech did not feel the need to do extra. He obviously could have done costly things and was honest enough to not. I will recommend Westin to friends and family and they will be my first call if there are HVAC problems in the future.

They give you 3 options to choose from, I chose the middle option. They were quick, friendly, and effective. Much more affordable than Sears!! Thousands cheaper than Sears quoted me.
