Installation went very smooth and our technician, Jake, was wonderful. We had three different quotes and Westin Air came back with the better deal and had better warranties. Would definitely recommend and already have to a few friends.

We have used this company 4 times for our geothermal and Seth has been our service person three times. He is excellent and honest, and I never feel like this company tries to upsell me. The ladies in the office are so friendly and upbeat. They do a fantastic job of calling to let me know expected arrival of the technician. We won’t go anywhere else.

From start to finish Westin Air was professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Our rep Cathy came out last Saturday to give us a quote on a new air and heating system. She took meticulous measurements and asked pertinent questions. She promptly replied with a quote and backed it up with detailed notes so we could choose the correct units for our house. By Monday our AC had quit completely and we arranged for an installation. The installers came out today and were on time, courteous, tidy, and professional. We couldn’t be more pleased to have chosen Westin Air. Highly recommended!!

From the first phone call and home visit to the install of our new furnace, Cathy, Anna, Dan and Jay were friendly and professional. The quote for a brand new Trane furnace was 500 dollars less than the cost for replacement parts from Atlas Butler. Highly recommend Westin Air!

Westin Air just installed a new furnace and we are very happy with our experience and our new furnace. It’s only been a few days but we can already feel a difference in our home’s consistent, comfortable temperature. The installers were professional and courteous and did a great job.

This company is fantastic. They always get out quickly and on time. We have been using them for 3 or 4 years. They have removed old electric resistance furnace from our attic and installed new gas furnace. They have been servicing our 3 gas furnaces and 2 geothermal units. Very knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. We usually get the same tech (Seth) (not sure if that is on purpose or not) but he is well acquainted with our equipment and really knows his stuff from gas furnaces to geothermal units. He seems to be one of those guys that knows what the problem is just from a description of the issue because of extensive field experience. Highly recommended.

Our air conditioning went out early in the morning, and Westin Air was there by 11:30AM the same day to take a look! They by far are the most accommodating, between how quickly they were able to schedule a technician and their willingness to speak to our home warranty company - they were the only company in the area to do so!

They were on time, professional, friendly, and quick. they did several tests on her new furnace before they left to make sure it was working correctly, Jason was extremely friendly and helpful, all the guys were helpful. They showed me how to work the thermostat. Laurie texted to let me know they were on their way, checked in on their progress, so friendly and professional. Westin Air was fantastic from start to finish. Scheduled the initial estimate quickly and 2 weeks later we had a new wall mount AC unit. They stayed in touch with us every step of the way and their price was great! I was in contact with several people within the company and they were all professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them!

Absolute great experience. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. After he performed the service on my geothermal system, he went through the settings on both of my thermostats to make sure they were okay and he found a couple that needed adjusted. He also changed my humidifier filter which I didn't expect. In my opinion, this was above and beyond what Westin Air was called to do. I will definitely call them the next time I need service.

Westin Air just finished an install of a new HVAC system. The entire process was handled professionally. Starting with Cathy coming to the house to access what was needed to Covin, Jason & Andre arriving on time to complete the job in one day. They were friendly, efficient and meticulous. I almost always get the feeling that I'm being taken advantage of whenever someone provides in-home services, but the folks at Westin restored my faith. I had another company quote the same job for twice the cost and basically said that a replacement was our only option.

Westin Air was great! Speak with Cathy Shankland if you have the chance! It was like working with a small family owned business which is what I personally prefer. Jason and the install team was also a pleasure to work with. The company doesn't try to shark you like other HVAC installers and doesn't waste time bashing its competitors like Logan. One of the few Daikin installers in Columbus and they did an A+ job. Started the job at 8:30am and were out the door by 5:30pm. They don't mention it often but they install on custom homes and my install felt like it even though its not custom. Would recommend!

I've used Westin Air numerous times now. The front office is very kind and knowledgeable. Seth, the technician that has worked on our system, is awesome! He really knows what he is doing! He is polite and takes the time to explain the issues and what needs done for resolution. I know he probably has other appointments to go to, but the time he takes to explain things or to answer questions is very much appreciated.

We had an AC emergency today and they were the first company who could get someone there within the hour. They quickly got the AC repaired and we are very grateful for their timely help.

My wife and I decided to add a split unit system to our home. After a lot of research, we decided on the mitsubishi split system. Westin Air is a diamond dealer which adds years to your system warranty so we reached out to them and one other diamond dealer. The difference maker was Westin Air had an additional warranty on their labor. From the beginning, we were able to reach the rep who answered any question we had. The crew that installed the system was great too. The laid out drop clothes to protect our floors and answered my questions about placement for our needs. After installation, they walked me through all the basic functions for the system. Would recommend this company to others.

I had an issue with the thermostat that was installed by Westin Air. Their service tech came out to re-program the thermostat because I had a warning to change the dehumidifier filter, I do not have a dehumidifier. I receives a call from Westin's office staff informing me of the service tech's ETA. He arrived on time and adjusted my thermostat setting and took care of the issue. My interaction with Westin Air was fantastic and would highly recommend them for any HVAC repairs you may need. They did install a heat pump about 1-1/2 years ago and I had the same great service then.

Built a home with Fischer Homes and they did the install of our furnace/AC. A little over 2 years after moving in we were having issues with AC not getting down to the temp we put on the thermostat, and gave them a call. We were no longer under labor/refrigerant warranty, but we were under parts warranty. The tech came out the same day and looked at everything. He showed us the issue, and said it appeared to be an extremely slow freon leak that may have dated back to install. They refilled the freon free of charge to get us through the weekend until our Monday appointment for the replacement of the core. The next day I received a call from the office supervisor to work out the details of our next appointment, and they advised us that they would be covering this under full warranty because they felt that it was a bizarre situation and it shouldn't have happened. I felt as though the tech and the supervisor were both advocates on my behalf and it was a breath of fresh air to have truly wonderful customer service and feel like they actually cared about the bad situation. Absolutely recommend 10/10! It is hard to find customer focused companies these days, so I feel that it's necessary to make a review when you experience something like this.
