Mike Brown did a great job. He went up into my hot attic to check for a leak bc my a/c wasn't checking out as working properly. He did a repair and now all is well.
He was professional and explained everything to me.
My husband (deceased) had his own very successful appliance repair business, "Aero Appliance Service." I ask a lot of questions and he answered all of them. I trust him. I have decided to get my hot water tank replaced now but I want Mike Brown to do the installation.

Guys did an excellent job replacing my entire HVAC. Took the time to walk me through everything and showing me how to use the new humidifier once my own thermostat. Insanely respectful and tried to be as quiet as possible as I was working from home. Cleaned up everything and went above and beyond. Feeling very good with the decision on choosing this company!!

Michael was so nice and friendly. He was in and out quickly. I couldn’t believe they could get here on the same day I called given how hot it is outside. I’m sure others have been having issues with their AC as well. The receptionist I spoke to was very nice and up front about possible charges. Would highly recommend.

It took Fred to 10 minutes to connect disconnected wire. He didn't care to attach thermostat better to the wall,and now thermostat is hanging on wires, and slumping on one side, all for $274.

The tech that came to my home was very friendly, and explained the situation of my HVAC , and what the next step would be which is affordable. Thanks to Five star home services.

A/C stopped working and they were able to send a tech the day I called. Brandon did a great job explaining what we needed and why, as the old unit was too small for our home. He also provided several options to consider for the new unit.

Westerville Air conditioning and heating sent two men, David and Conner to install a new air conditioning unit. The service we received was exemplary. They arrived when they said they would, and went right to work. They communicated throughout the installation, were cordial, respectful, and informative. They worked efficiently, completing the job within the time frame they promised. They cleaned up after the job, and took time to explain the new system. Our experience could not have been better, and the home is once again cool and comfortable. We would recommend to anyone needing air conditioner work.

They work seven days a week and had a guy at my house on Sunday by 2pm. He had the bad part in our super old AC unit in his van, swapped it out quickly, and we were back to comfortable in the same day. He also priced a full new unit and furnace, and ran over some financing options with me as part of the service. I just might do it.

Five Star technician’s Brandon and Heman did a great installation of my Carrier equipment. Extra attention to detail was used when running the wiring, the line set, the PVC piping and the placement of the equipment in straight lines and in very neatly wrapped packages. They explained the system and allowed us to ask questions and cleaned up before they left. I am very glad we called Five Star for the installation.

The technician communicated with us and arrived within the time promised. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He offered a variety of solutions to the issue and will follow up with repair.

Eric did great, he showed me what he was going to do. He reviewed the photos he took with his camera. He suggested that the heat exchanger needed replace because of the age of the system. He went over some of the choices we can take. We decided to replace the whole system because it’s 30 years old. No pressure, he emailed me the photos and information about each choice. It was a great experience.

Seth diagnosed and fixed a problem with my geothermal system that 2 other companies were unable to do. All done in less than 30 minutes, with no costs besides the initial diagnostic fee.
