Daniel from DRS Heating & Cooling has saved my house multiple times!

About a year ago, I found DRS online and called them to get help with an alarm going off on my water heater. Daniel took the time to listen to my issue, explain some potential reasons it could be happening, and promptly got someone out to help. I so much appreciated Daniel taking the time to explain potential solutions and not speak to me as if I’m just cash, but a real customer. After this, I knew I would keep Daniel’s number handy

Recently, we had a leaky pipe situation from our shower and I reached back out to Daniel. I sent him a video of what was happening, and he came out promptly again to diagnose what may be happening. Daniel patiently explained to me what was happening and we talked about a couple solutions. Once the part was ordered, Daniel came back out to fix the issue. He first tried a cheaper/less invasive solution to see if that would work, and said that if it doesn’t we can easily set up time for the second option. I really appreciated Daniel’s willingness to try to fix the issue with as minimum amount of impact as possible, and his willingness to come back out if the first solution doesn’t work.

Daniel and DRS Heating & Cooling are absolutely a company that I trust to fix any problems in our house, and while I hope to not need to reach out again anytime soon, I know they will be #1 on my list to ask for help!

DRS replaced our water heater under warranty and done a better job then earlier contractor put the heater . Job done quick , they responded back with very reasonable price next day service.
The technician are real gem person , not to sell or inflate the estimate and gave honest advice which I liked .

DRS replaced our water heater, and changed it to a hybrid water heater. We received the estimate and the replacement within 24 hours of calling! The cost was reasonable and $1300 dollars less than a large group quoted us. The team was quick, friendly, on time and cared far more about keeping the floor clean from snow than we did. Very grateful we found them, will definitely call again.

Dan was amazing! We got a quote from another company that said we needed to replace our entire heating and cooling system for nearly 20,000 dollars. Dan came over the same day I called him and fixed our AC for 500 saving us thousands. We are so thankful for his service and professionalism. There are still good people out there doing honest work and Dan is one of them!

We called DRS Heating & Cooling when our furnace broke and Daniel was at our home within 30 minutes of the time our call was taken. Daniel and his crew were very thorough when assessing what the issue was. Daniel walked us through all of our options. We landed on an energy efficient furnace that best fit the needs of our home. They were out the very next day at 8am installing a brand new furnace. Everyone we encountered from DRS Heating & Cooling were professional, personable & knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

We were stuck without AC for a number of days. Our normal HVAC company came out and was going to get the part. They called back and said it was a two week lead time and the part was really expensive. Kudos to them for recommending we look for a Rheem Pro partner. We called on Thursday afternoon and the repairs were completed by 10 at a price WAY lower than we thought. Thanks guys. The technician (Mike Fasone)that serviced our air conditioning unit was very knowledgeable and had the unit working again a very short amount of time. I called yesterday at 4:00 pm and the technician was here the next morning at 8:30. I would definitely recommend this company.

We recently had the pleasure of working with DRS Heating and Cooling when our furnace quit blowing on the coldest day of the year. Daniel with DRS stopped by immediately and went to work trouble shooting our system. They were so comfortable and extremely knowledgeable. Daniel was more than happy to explain every detail of our system and the different options we could take. They didn't rush us or the process. I highly recommend and will be reaching out to them in the future!

Our AC went out yesterday, and our landlord was able to make a request for DRS to come out and inspect our unit to figure out the issue with incredibly quick turn around! Matt arrived this morning around 8:50/55 and was finished up with repairs by 9:10. Super speedy and friendly service! Nothing Better than working with a Company that treats customers like family, giving best advise, pricing pricing possible & honest. You know co has to be very good to their employees, & great place to work, because of the professionalism, skill-knowledge & enjoyment of their work the team (Boe, Devin & Mark) had. HVAC issues can bring along some emotions because of pricing & scheduling, pricing lol etc. all emotions were put to rest, with Both. I am beyond impressed with the service I received from Mike Fasone of DRS Heating & Cooling this morning on my 2008 Ruud Furnace! I received an email with a "tech tracker" about an hour prior to our appointment so that I would know when he was arriving. Mike arrived on-time and performed the annual service on the unit perfectly, and quickly including a cleaning inside and out! There had been a little "rattle" noise before, but Mike tightened up a motor housing and the unit purrs like a kitten now. Setting up a maintenance agreement was super easy too! As a member of the HVAC/Water Heating industry, I was thrilled to see our brands and products being represented, and serviced, with such amazing professionalism and efficiency. I discovered I had a leaking water heater. DRS came out on a Monday afternoon to evaluate my situation and was able to complete a new install by Tuesday, the very next day. Daniel is a great person to work with along with his entire install team. Excellent work and very much appreciate the quick response and turnaround.

Daniel had his crew come out and we couldn't be happier with our install. Explained everything and helped us save money. System install was clean and it was like they weren't even there. Great experience all around.
