Jacob was great! He worked around my schedule and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate his help and friendliness!

Steve was professional and kind. He thoughtfully explained what he was doing and provided tips on routine maintenance to prevent future plumbing issues. It was obvious that he loves his work and the company he represents.

We got our mainline unclogged and it cost about 5x what our regular plumber charges for the same service. They did good work, and it was nice they were able to schedule same day.

Corey did a fabulous job repairing my toilet! He was very kind respectful and through! I would highly recommend him.

They wanted to charge me over $700 for a very simple bathroom faucet replacement with less than an hour of actual labor only. This place is terribly overpriced and takes advantage of customers that need help. I won't do business with them. This is as bad as eco plumbers

I had a jammed disposal due a piece of broken mug that went down the drain. Chad was able to fix it promptly and gave me advice on parts of my faucet that will need replaced soon (I was aware this will need repaired from a previous service call from a different provider).

I really appreciated Chad's excellent work. He was kind, knowledgeable and explained everything well to me. He did a great job repairing my plumbing problems.

My sump pump pipe outside split in two, I called and within a few hours someone was at the house and able to fix it. I appreciate the quickness in their arrival and getting the job done within a reasonable time

We had one of those plumbing nightmare emergencies….the kind that always happens on a late night of a weekend. Reached out to a local family owned plumbing service and was not let down.
The plumber (technician??) who came to our house was courteous and professional (and I liked too how the company sent a small bio/pic before he arrived…nice touch).
Helped fix the problem quickly and even suggested looking at any other issues that may be needed attending while he was there.
Bottom line? Wonderful, helpful, friendly and professional. Everything we needed that night. Thanks again Austin.

One of their vans was sitting at a stop sign, not moving for 20 seconds. I tapped my horn since I was behind him. 100 feet later, he brake checked me hard and then flipped me off as I passed him. Would not recommend whichever tech that was.

Assurance Air is trustworthy and goes the extra mile to access your own personal situation! We hired them 5 years ago to do some maintenance on our electric heat pump. Fast forward to this week, and we had Mike come out again to access our failing unit. He took the time to see when the last time was he came out, and came in the door knowing the exact age of our unit based on his records from five years prior! We are looking into switching over to a gas furnace and he was very helpful explaining the different steps, and how to best do it in a cost-effective manner. His wife Terri does the scheduling and answers the phone in a cheery manner that tells you this is a family business that takes pride in their work. CALL THEM, you won't be disappointed.

My experience with Assurance Air was great all across the board! Terri was always friendly and helpful over the phone and Mike's expertise on my A/C was spot on. He did what needed to be done and advised me on not getting something done that I just didn't need. So nice when a company takes the time to do the job right and not just make a quick buck. Assurance Air is now my go to for all my heating and cooling needs.
