It wont let me do zero starts. I would love to give this company a good review, however I have been ghosted from the manager regarding broken flooring the company did while installing a new water heater. They also didn't install what we were quoted the first time and had to come back in and fix those problems. Then after the installation we still didn't have hot water. They forgot to light the pilot light, didn't turn on the gas and also didn't secure the vent which could have leaked CO2 into our house potentially fatally hurting my family. Their dolly caught on some one our flooring which snapped it, in which they blamed on us that it was not installed correctly. Not one employee ever asked us about our flooring before they moved the dolly on it and there was another access point through our garage that would have been suitable. We have had other workers over the years and this has never been a problem. Now the company is just not answering anything from us.

The sales person, Robbie, and the installation tech, Andrew, both did a wonderful and thorough job of explaining every step of the process of replacing my water heater. I’m very happy with the results and the communication.
